The present invention relates to a subassembly for forming a hydraulic motor after assembly onto an assembly including a shaft, said subassembly including a cover forming a housing element, a multilobe cam, a cylinder block opposite the cam, pistons guided so as to slide radially within the respective cylinders of the cylinder block and bearing on the lobes of the cam, and a valve intended to apply pressurized fluid to said pistons in series, wherein said subassembly includes means for temporarily attaching the cylinder block to the cover and means for accessing an element of the valve through the cover in order to enable, during installation, the angular positioning of said element with respect to the shaft, followed by the attachment thereof to the shaft. The present invention also relates to a method for assembling such a hydrobase.

A hydraulic mechanism including a cylinder block having radial pistons and mounted to rotate in a stationary casing, and a distribution cover that forms a portion of the casing that has feed and discharge ducts that extend between an outside face and inside of face of the cover. The internal distributor has distribution ducts that are selectively connected to the feed and discharge ducts that open out into a distribution face that is perpendicular to the axis of rotation and that is disposed against the communication face of the cylinder block so as to cause the distribution ducts to communicate with the cylinder ducts. In a zone defined radially outwards by end-wall portions of the cylinders, a transverse face of the cylinder block is provided with an axial setback in which at least a portion of the distributor is disposed.

A hydraulic motor having radial pistons, and comprising a cam, a distributor, and a cylinder block whose cylinders are connected to communication orifices situated in a communication face of the cylinder block. The distributor has a distribution face in which distribution orifices open out that are suitable for communicating with the communication orifices while the cylinder block and the distributor are turning relative to each other. The cam is provided with a plurality of lobes, each of which has two ramps (), each of which has a convex portion () and a concave portion (). The edge of each distribution orifice has a leading portion (B) via which communication between the distribution orifice and the communication orifices opens, and a trailing portion (B) via which said communication closes. Each leading portion (B) and each trailing portion (B) of the edges of at least certain distribution orifices (A,A) has an edge arrangement (A;B) provided with at least one notch (A;B), said edge arrangements of a distribution orifice being different depending on whether they are in angular correspondence with the convex region () or with the concave region () of the ramp of the cam.

Pressurized fluid motor comprising a casing, a cylinder block, a cam, an internal fluid distributor and a selector. The bore of the selector has four grooves. Two of them are communication grooves each connected to a main (feed or exhaust) power duct and to a connection duct, the connection ducts being themselves connected to different groups of distribution ducts. The other two grooves of the bore are branch grooves respectively connected to an additional (feed or exhaust) power duct and to a third connection duct. The slide of the selector comprises at least a first selection groove which is adapted to establish communication between the two branch grooves. By modifying only the shape of the slide, and possibly that of the bore of the additional duct, the selector can provide different functions.

This invention relates to a hydraulic fluid circuit comprising a reversible hydraulic motor, a braking device, two principal conduits respectively connected to the two principal supply and exhaust ports of the motor, a principal selector adapted to occupy a position of rest and two active positions in order to select the circulation of the fluid between the principal ports of the motor and the principal conduits to which they are connected. The circuit also comprises an intermediate system of selection capable of occupying a first configuration in which the principal selector is maintained in its position of rest and a second configuration in which the principal selector is allowed to leave its position of rest. The control means of the intermediate system of selection are connected to the braking device so that this intermediate system can pass from its first to its second configuration only when the brake is de-activated.

The invention relates to a mechanism comprising: a cam; cylinders; pistons; two main enclosures containing feed fluid and exhaust fluid; a fluid distributor; and balancing enclosures communicating with distribution ducts included in the distributor. According to the invention, the distributor includes a face facing a reaction face secured to the cam or to the cylinder block, the balancing enclosures being constituted by chambers that open out into said end face and by a sealing device received inside the chamber and bearing against the reaction face. One application lies in providing a range of compact motors.

A mechanism casing for a hydraulic motor comprises a casing body having a face for application of a lid. The lid is applied tightly on the casing body face and fastened to the casing body by screws via screwheads thereof tightened against an outer face of the lid. The screws pass through the lid via screw passages with circumferential clearance between the screws and screw passages. An O-ring is interposed between the casing body and the lid. At least one of the screw passages are conduit screw passages which open out within a perimeter defined by the O-ring. The conduit screw passages open out into cavities formed in one of either the casing body or the lid, and through which cavities the conduit screw passages permanently communicate with the enclosure defined by the casing. When the screwheads are in an untightened position with respect to the outer face of the lid, fluid communication is effected between said enclosure and the outside of the mechanism casing by way of fluid conduits, which comprise one of the cavities and one of the conduit screw passages.

This invention relates to a fluid mechanism with two cylinder capacities, comprising a distributor valve defining first and second enclosures containing supply and exhaust fluids comprising two groups of distribution conduits, and a device for selecting the cylinder capacity, constituted by a bore and a slide element for selection. According to the invention, a first and a second connection conduit connect the first and second enclosures to the bore and open out between transverse planes; distribution conduits open out in the bore between these planes; and the slide element comprises a groove contained between said planes and establishing communication between the distribution conduits and the connection conduit. One application of the invention is the production of a compact motor.
