A dispensing system includes a housing, a discharge outlet, and a trigger having a grip portion pivotably coupled to the housing to rotate from a first position to a second position. The grip portion has an upper surface and an interior surface disposed below the discharge outlet when the dispensing system is in an upright position. The upper surface of the grip portion moves outward when the grip portion rotates from the first position to the second position to enable at least one of the upper surface or the interior surface to direct a fluid product discharged via the discharge outlet into an interior of the housing.

A two-piece nozzle for an aerosol dispenser has an outer piece with a tubular wall open on one side and closed on the other by a front wall (), forming a cavity, with an outlet opening () in a center of the front wall; an inner piece dimensioned to penetrate into the cavity of the outer piece and be retained there, piece; channels () in the cavity of the outer piece and/or on the surface of the inner piece, wherein said channels open into a turbulence chamber () in communication with the outlet opening () placed downstream in the flow path of the product flow; and a protrusion () in the center of the front face of the inner piece, whose free portion opposite the front face, called torpedo () penetrates into the outlet opening () to reduce its cross section and form an annular outlet orifice.

Two-piece nozzle for aerosol dispensers

A dispenser for a pressurized container is provided with an outlet channel that opens into a nozzle housing intended to receive and retain a nozzle () provided with a retention ring (). The nozzle housing has a tubular wall () that is open towards the outside at its end opposite to the outlet channel. The tubular wall () is provided, at a distance from its end open towards the outside, with a support surface () that extends over at least a portion of its periphery and behind which at least a portion of the retention ring () of a nozzle introduced into the nozzle housing can come into engagement.

Dispenser for a pressurized container

A dispensing system includes a container and an overcap. The container includes a central, longitudinal axis and a first outermost point. The first outermost point of the container is a first distance from the central, longitudinal axis along a first line perpendicular to the central, longitudinal axis. The overcap is coupled to the container and includes a pivotable trigger that is configured to pivot between an unactuated position and an actuated position. A second outermost point of the trigger is a second distance from the central, longitudinal axis along a second line perpendicular to the central, longitudinal axis when the trigger is in the unactuated position, the second distance less than the first distance. Further, the second outermost point of the trigger is to move toward the central, longitudinal axis when the trigger moves toward the actuated position.

A flow reducer () for a pressurized product dispenser of the type provided with a valve () equipped with a stem () having at least a first path, and with a diffuser, is a part separate from the stem and the diffuser, and includes a recess open on one side via an opening and adapted to be fitted by the opening over the stem () of a valve (), one or more first outlet orifices () which, when the reducer is mounted on the stem () of a valve, are adapted to be connected in a sealed manner to the first path of the stem () of the valve, thus forming an extension () of the first path, the outer face of the reducer, on the side opposite to the opening of the recess, having in part a contour substantially identical to that of the portion of the stem () protruding from the valve which is intended to be covered by the reducer.

Aerosol actuator

An overcap () includes a housing () for coupling to a container (). The housing () has a first side-wall () including an aperture (). The overcap () also includes a trigger () having a grip portion () disposed outside of the housing () and an arm () extending through the aperture () of the first sidewall () and pivotably coupled to a fulcrum () spaced apart from the first sidewall (). The overcap () further includes a cap () coupled to the housing () and a manifold () suspended from the cap ().

A cup/valve assembly for an aerosol container, made up of a cup, a valve body, a stem, a spring, and an inner seal. The stem comprises a bulge on its outer cylindrical face and an inner conduit which has an upper opening at its upper end and at least one lateral orifice at its lower end between the bulge and the upper opening of the inner conduit. The valve body has an opening at its upper end. The valve body is fixed to a central opening () of the cup leaving the opening in the cylindrical portion free, and the stem is retained in the valve body by a retaining ring () that surrounds, without tightening, the stem, and is fixed to the cup, the inner seal () being interposed between the retaining ring () and the top edge of the cylindrical portion of the valve body.

Process for manufacturing an aerosol valve and aerosol valve

A two-channel dispensing device intended to close a vial includes two reservoirs (), two channels having an inlet end opening into one of the reservoirs and outlet end opening outside of the reservoir. First closing means are provided in each channel, which can change from a closed position to an opened position in which a product can exit said reservoir. The two channels are isolated from each other at least between their inlet ends and the respective closing means. The reservoirs are formed by a single flexible pouch separated by a central partition () into first and second compartments () performing the functions of the first and second reservoirs. The inlet end of the first channel opens into the first compartment () and the inlet end of the second channel opens into the second compartment (), so that a single pouch makes it possible to form two reservoirs.
