The invention relates to a rotor for a non-positive-displacement machine, particularly a rotor for a compressor of a gas turbine, on which at least one shaft collar with an outer periphery and with two radially extending faces are placed. The rotor also comprises a multitude of retaining grooves for moving blades, said retaining grooves being provided on the outer periphery and extending transversal to the peripheral direction and each retaining groove has a groove bottom. In order to provide a rotor for a non-positive-displacement machine that makes it possible to reduce flow losses while having a simple geometrical design of the attachment of moving blades, the invention provides that an annual groove, which extends in an axial direction and which is coaxial to the rotation axis of the rotor, is provided at least on one face of the shaft collar. This annular groove is joined to the groove bottom of the retaining grooves whereby enabling material of the foot of the moving blade to be plastically forced into the annular groove.

A swirl cascade is provided for imposing a swirl on the flow, and a mixer for intermixing the fuel with the flow for forming an essentially homogeneous mixture. Also present is an air flow delayer for delaying a portion of the flow that lies radially on the outside with regard to the axis relative to other portions of the flow. The device is configured in particular as a premix burner, for example for use in a gas-turbine plant.

Combined gas turbine/steam turbine plant, in which the exhaust gas line of the gas turbine block containing an air compressor, combustion chamber, gas turbine and generator is connected on the primary side to a steam generator which, in turn, comprises parts of the steam turbine block which also contains a high pressure and a low pressure turbine, a condenser, a feedwater tank and a feedwater pump. The combustion chamber of the gas turbine block is connected to the output of a coal gasification plant, the air separation unit which has an outlet for the separated nitrogen and the gasifier. The gasifier is followed by a steam generator for utilizing the raw gas heat and a heat exchanger for heating the purified gas by the raw gas. The steam generator arranged ahead of the raw gas/purified gas heat exchanger is designed as a high pressure steam generator, the secondary output of which is connected to the output of the steam generator of the steam turbine block. The raw-gas/purified-gas heat exchanger is followed by a low pressure steam generator, the secondary output of which is connected to the low pressure part of the steam turbine. The nitrogen outlet of the air separation unit located in the coal gasification plant is connected exclusively to the purified gas line leading to the combustion chamber or to the burners in the combustion chamber.
