Polyisocyanurate systems, pultrusion of those systems to produce reinforced polyisocyanurate matrix composites, and to composites produced thereby. The polyisocyanurate systems include a polyol component, an optional chain extender, and an isocyanate. The polyisocyanurate systems have extended initiation times of about 5 minutes to about 30 minutes at room temperature, and can be snap cured.

Polyisocyanurate compositions and composites

The invention relates to polyisocyanurate systems, pultrusion of those systems to produce reinforced polyisocyanurate matrix composites, and to composites produced thereby. The polyisocyanurate systems include a polyol component, an optional chain extender, and an isocyanate. The polyisocyanurate systems have extended initiation times of about 5 minutes to about 30 minutes at room temperature, and can be snap cured.
