An optical coherence tomography system for ocular diagnosis includes a light source unit generating and transmitting light, a light distribution unit dividing the transmitted light into first light and second light, a reference arm generating first reference light and second reference light, whose optical path length is larger than that of the first reference light, from the first light, a sample arm irradiating the second light onto a central optical axis directed towards the central portion of the eye lens to generate first measurement light and irradiating the second light onto the eye lens in an oblique direction inclined with respect to the central optical axis at a time different from the time when the first measurement light is generated, to generate second measurement light, an interference unit allowing the first reference light to interfere with the first measurement light and the second reference light to interfere with the second measurement light to generate corresponding interference signals, and a detection unit converting the interference signals into electrical signals.

Optical coherence tomography system for ocular diagnosis

The present invention relates to a head mount system for providing a surgery support image, the system including: a head mount body wearable on a user's head; a near-infrared camera installed on the head mount body and capturing near-infrared light; a near-infrared image projection unit installed on the head mount body and projecting a near-infrared image; a near-infrared image processing unit receiving a captured image taken by the near-infrared camera, generating the near-infrared image, and transmitting the near-infrared image to the near-infrared image projection unit; and a transparent optic system installed on the head mount body to be positioned in front of user's eyes when the head mount body is worn on the user's head, transmitting visible light to enable a user to see a user's front, reflecting the near-infrared light coming from the user's front to the near-infrared camera to allow the near-infrared camera to capture the near-infrared light.

The reflection phase microscope includes: a light source unit irradiating light; a polarization beam splitter splitting the light irradiated from the light source unit into a sample beam and a reference beam; a sample unit reflecting the sample beam toward the polarization beam splitter; a reference mirror reflecting the reference beam toward the polarization beam splitter; a scanning mirror adjusting the angle of incidence of the light from the light source unit on the polarization beam splitter such that the angle of incidence of the sample beam on the sample unit and the angle of incidence of the reference beam on the reference mirror are adjusted; a diffraction grating diffracting the sample beam reflected by the sample unit and the reference beam reflected by the reference mirror; and an image acquisition unit receiving the beams diffracted by the diffraction grating.

A method of generating a tomographic image includes detecting an interference signal containing cross-sectional information of a target object as raw data of the target object, the raw data being phase-modulated in a first direction with respect to a cross section of the target object; demodulating the raw data by adjusting at least one parameter of a filter function defining filtering using a fixed window size; and generating a tomographic image of the target object by performing signal processing on the demodulated raw data.
