A display device includes a display unit including: a plurality of light emitting diodes; a touch unit disposed on the display unit and including a touch conductive layer of a mesh type; and a reflection preventing unit disposed on the touch unit and including a polarization layer. The touch conductive layer includes a plurality of first conductive lines extending in a first direction and a plurality of second conductive lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and an angle between the second direction and an absorption axis of the polarization layer is about 5±10°.

A light emitting display device includes a display panel including a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area; a phase delay layer disposed on the display panel; and a polarizer and an additional polarizer disposed on the phase delay layer. The display panel includes a transistor disposed on a substrate, an organic film overlapping the transistor and including an opening, a first electrode, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode and disposed corresponding to the light emitting area, and a second electrode disposed, the first electrode, the emission layer, and the second electrode form a light emitting diode (LED), the additional polarizer includes a polarization portion overlapping the opening of the organic film in a plan view and a non-polarization portion disposed in a region where the polarization portion is not disposed, and the polarization portion is disposed in a portion of the non-light emitting area.

Light emitting display device and manufacturing method thereof

Provided is a display device including a display panel, a polarizing layer on the display panel and including a linear polarizer having a stretched polymer film, an adhesive member directly on the linear polarizer, and a window on the adhesive member, wherein the adhesive member absorbs 90% or greater of light having a wavelength in a range of about 300 nm to about 380 nm, and may thus effectively protect the polarizing layer from ultraviolet light incident from the outside. In addition, the display device may obtain thinner thickness, thereby exhibiting excellent reliability.

A display apparatus used for creating 3D images has a display panel and a phase-delaying layer disposed on the display panel. The phase-delaying layer has first and second light-changing patterns that are self-aligned to at least one of pixels and a black matrix of the display panel. The self-aligned structure is formed by selectively passing curing light (e.g., UV light) through the display panel to cure curable liquid crystal films while the films are respectively aligned by aligning layers having different alignments.
