A display apparatus includes: a display panel; a first pattern layer on one surface of the display panel; and a second pattern layer facing the one surface with the first pattern layer interposed therebetween, wherein: the first pattern layer comprises a plurality of first patterns each having a closed line shape comprising a first opening; the second pattern layer comprises a plurality of second patterns each having a closed line shape comprising a second opening; on the one surface, each of the first pattern layer and the second pattern layer has a deformation rate which is smaller in a direction perpendicular to a tensile direction than in the tensile direction; and on the one surface, the first openings overlap portions of the second patterns.

Display apparatus

There are provided a touch display device, a touch driving circuit, and a touch sensing method. More specifically, a touch display device includes a touch screen panel including a plurality of touch electrodes and a touch driving circuit configured to output a touch driving signal to at least a portion of the plurality of touch electrodes for sensing a touch. Upon detection of an event in which at least one first area of the touch screen panel is set as a touch sensing area and at least one second area of the touch screen panel is set as a non-touch sensing area, the touch driving circuit is configured to output the touch driving signal to one or more of the plurality of touch electrodes that correspond to the at least one first area of the touch screen panel.

Disclosed herein are a method and circuit for driving touch sensors and a display device using the same. A method of driving touch sensors includes supplying a touch sensor driving signal to the touch sensors or an amplifier and sensing a touch input during a touch input sensing portion and measuring current noise received through the touch sensors without the touch sensor driving signal during a noise measurement portion.

A touch screen driver includes a touch screen including Tx channels, Rx channels crossing the Tx channels, and sensor nodes formed at crossings of the Tx channels and the Rx channels, a Tx driving circuit supplying a driving pulse to the Tx channels, an Rx driving circuit which samples voltages of the sensor nodes supplied through the Rx channels in response to Rx sampling clocks and converts the sampled voltages into digital data, and a touch controller which modulates the Rx sampling clocks based on an RC delay deviation between the Rx channels, supplies the modulated Rx sampling clocks to the Rx driving circuit, differently controls sampling times of the Rx channels, and analyzes the digital data using a previously determined touch recognition algorithm.

A touch sensing device includes a panel including pixels disposed in a matrix form defined by data lines and gate lines, the pixels including thin film transistors (TFTs). The touch sensing device includes at least one touch sensor having a mutual capacitance and a sensor driving circuit configured to receive an electric charge from the mutual capacitance. A touch sense circuit comprises a first sampling circuit to sample a touch sense signal during a first period of a touch drive signal in which the touch drive signal is at a first level, to generate a first sampled signal; a second sampling circuit to sample the touch sense signal during a second period of the touch drive signal in which the touch drive signal is at a second level, to generate a second sampled signal, the second sampled signal in a same polarity as the first sampled signal; and an integrator including an input terminal and an output terminal, both the first sampled signal and the second sampled signal being input to the input terminal of the integrator and integrated to generate an output signal at the output terminal of the integrator, the output signal being used to detect a touch input.

A touch sensor driving device comprises: a plurality of touch sensing circuits that receive touch sensor sensing signals from touch sensors of a touchscreen through a plurality of receiving channels; and a plurality of discharge circuits connected between the receiving channels and the touch sensing circuits to receive charge eliminating pulse signals and reduce the swing amplitude of the touch sensor sensing signals input into the touch sensing circuits.
