A touch control substrate, a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device are provided. The touch control substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of touch electrode blocks, disposed on the base substrate and arranged in an array; a resistance detection module, used for inputting a driving signal to the touch electrode blocks; a first control module, used for determining which touch electrode block is touched according to a time at which the touch electrode blocks in each row output the driving signal; a capacitance detection module, used for inputting a capacitance detection signal to sub-electrodes in each of two sub-rows of a row where the touched touch electrode block is located; and a second control module, used for determining a position of a touch point according to a capacitance feedback signal output by two sub-electrodes corresponding to the touched touch electrode block.

Touch control substrate, driving method thereof, display panel and display device

The present disclosure provides an array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of first lines along a row direction; a plurality of second lines along a column direction intersecting with the plurality of first lines to form a plurality of pixel units comprising a plurality of pixel electrodes in rows and columns; a plurality of touch electrodes in rows along the row direction and columns along the column direction; and a plurality of auxiliary lines along the column direction. Two first lines are between adjacent rows of pixel electrodes and two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes form a pixel electrode group with one second line in between; and each auxiliary line is between two adjacent pixel electrode groups, each touch electrode being connected to at least one auxiliary line for transferring touch signals.

Array substrate with dual gate structure touch panel and display apparatus containing the same

The present application discloses a fingerprint identification device, a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display apparatus. The fingerprint identification device comprises a plurality of fingerprint identification units arranged in a matrix, a signal input line for loading a detection signal and a signal reading line for reading an identification signal which are in one-to-one correspondence with each column of fingerprint identification units. Each fingerprint identification unit comprises a fingerprint identification electrode, a first switch unit and a second switch unit connected to the signal input line respectively. The first switch unit is used for controlling an electrical conduction between the fingerprint identification electrode and the signal input line, the second switch unit is used for controlling an electrical conduction between the fingerprint identification electrode and the signal reading line.

A display device and a method for driving the same are provided by the present disclosure. The display device includes a display panel and a touch panel. The method includes: applying a horizontal synchronizing signal to a plurality of scanning lines of the display panel; and applying a touch driving signal to a plurality of touch driving signal lines of the touch panel; an orthographic projection of the scanning line receiving the horizontal synchronizing signal onto the display panel does not overlap an orthographic projection of the touch driving signal line receiving the touch driving signal onto the display panel at least within a predetermined time period.

A touch grating cell and a touch stereoscopic display device are provided. The touch grating cell comprises: a first substrate () and a second substrate () arranged opposite to each other; a liquid crystal layer () arranged between the first substrate () and the second substrate (); a first transparent electrode structure (), arranged on the first substrate (); and a second transparent electrode structure (), arranged on the second substrate (), wherein each of the first transparent electrode structure () and the second transparent electrode structure () includes a plurality of multiplex electrodes (); in a touch period, the multiplex electrode () in the first transparent electrode structure () and the multiplex electrode () in the second transparent electrode structure () are used as a touch driving electrode and a touch sensing electrode, respectively, and are perpendicular to each other in extending directions; and in a display period, the multiplex electrode () in the first transparent electrode structure () and the multiplex electrode () in the second transparent electrode structure () are used as a common electrode and a grating electrode, respectively. Because a touch function is integrated in the grating cell, the grating electrode and the common electrode are shared with the touch driving electrode and the touch sensing electrode, respectively, so that a production process is reduced, cost is saved, and a purpose of thinning is achieved.

An array substrate and a touch screen are disclosed. The array substrate includes an array formed of a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes, which have the same electrode structure. The electrode structure includes a T-shaped electrode trunk and a plurality of electrode branches, which are symmetrically distributed and connected to the electrode trunk, forming two parts, i.e., a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode, symmetrical with respect to the electrode trunk. The sensing electrodes include first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes. One first sensing electrode and one second sensing electrode are disposed in two intervals of three sequentially adjacent driving electrodes respectively. Branches of a driving electrode are disposed in gaps between adjacent branches of adjacent sensing electrodes. In the array substrate, the sensing area between driving electrodes and sensing electrodes is increased and the capacitive coupling therebetween is improved.

The present disclosure discloses a touch input device including a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes that are formed on a first surface of a substrate. An improved touch input device (with e.g. reduced area occupied by electrodes or improved touch control resolution, and/or decreased number of driving electrode leads) is provided by 1) divisionally using the sensing electrode in a horizontal direction; and optionally 2) further divisionally using the driving electrode in the column direction. One sensing electrode which is divisionally used in a row direction can be further split into two adjacent sub-sensing electrodes in the row direction. The method includes: forming a palm template information by using a mutual-capacitance touch panel to acquire a capacitive sensing data obtained from a palm pressing by a user; forming a current user's palm information by using the mutual-capacitance touch panel to acquire a capacitive sensing data obtained from a palm pressing by the current user; and comparing the current user's palm information with the palm template information and outputting the result of the comparison. It is unnecessary to add extra parts for the present invention, and thus the cost is low. Moreover, a palm of a living body is required, it is difficult to be cracked and counterfeited.
