A light module, comprising: a support comprising at least one first surface called a separating surface and at least one organic light-emitting diode comprising a first light-emitting part, a connecting part or means for attaching the diode to the support and an electrical connector or means for electrically 10 connecting the diode. The means for attaching the diode and the electrical connector or means for electrically connecting the diode are borne by a part of this diode, called a connecting part. Additionally, the separating surface of the support delimits a light-scattering area into which the first light-emitting part of the diode extends, and separates this light-scattering area from a 15 masked area, into which connecting part of the diode extends, such that the connecting part is occulted by the separating surface of the support.

The invention notably relates to a light-emitting module of a terrestrial vehicle having at least one semiconductor light source including a mostly semiconductor material substrate, the substrate having a first face and a second face. The light source further includes electroluminescent elements with submillimeter dimensions extending from the first face of the substrate, and at least one heatsink cooperating with the second face of the substrate to evacuate the heat produced by the light source. The invention therefore offers an improved light-emitting module for terrestrial vehicles.

According to the invention, at least one of the cheeks is suitable in at least one zone for reflecting light so as to extend laterally and with continuity the beam generated by the back of the mirror, substantially without reinforcing said beam on the road axis; the glass is smooth or deflects to a very small extent only. A motor vehicle headlight has a light source cooperating with a reflector to produce a light beam. The reflector has an active base region immediately behind the light source, and is arranged to reflect the radiation from the source to produce a beam of given photometry. The said base region includes, in at least one zone from which light would, in the absence of the invention, be reflected back to the close vicinity of the light source, a corrected reflective surface which produces corrected radiation that remains spaced away from the vicinity of the source without disturbing the photometry. Reflection back to the source, and consequently the danger of overheating the source and/or production of parasitic images, are eliminated.

A motor vehicle headlight comprises a light source having a given geometry, a mirror and a lens. The mirror co-operates with the source to generate a beam delimited by a cut-off at least part of which is horizontal. At least one vertical section of the mirror has a profile such that a ray emitted tangentially by an edge of the source is reflected parallel to the optical axis and rays emitted by the rest of the source are reflected downwards relative to the optical axis.
