The present disclosure relates to an electronic device comprising a first capacitor and a quartz crystal coupled in series between a first node and a second node; an inverter coupled between the first and second nodes; a first variable capacitor coupled between the first node and a third node; and a second variable capacitor coupled between the second node and the third node.

The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling a device comprising an oscillation circuit, configured to provide a clock signal to a radio frequency circuit, and an antenna, in which the enabling of the passage of the signal from the circuit to the antenna is delayed with respect to an instant from which a power amplifier of the circuit is enabled.

An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a device comprising an electronic circuit; an oscillation circuit comprising a quartz crystal, configured to provide a clock signal to the electronic circuit; and a heater configured to increase the temperature of the quartz crystal.

A quartz crystal resonator is connected to an array of switchable capacitors or resistors. The switched actuation of elements of the array is controlled by bits of a control word. At least one of the bits of the control word is controlled by pulse width modulation to effectuate a tuning of the oscillation frequency of the quartz crystal resonator.

Control of a quartz crystal oscillator frequency tuning array

A quartz crystal resonator is coupled to an electronic circuit. A capacitive or resistive element is provided for adjusting a frequency of the quartz crystal resonator on activation or deactivation of a function of a circuit. Control is made according to a model of an expected variation of a temperature of the quartz crystal resonator.

Temperature compensation of a quartz crystal oscillator

A device is provided for synchronizing, on a reference clock signal, an exchange of data with a remote member. The device includes a main variable delay line controlled by a first processing unit coupled to a phase comparator in order to generate a delayed clock signal transmitted to the remote member. One input of the main variable delay line receives the reference clock signal. The device also includes a first terminal for receiving a clock signal image received by the remote member, a first auxiliary variable delay line having one input connected to the first terminal and one output connected to a first input of the phase comparator, a second auxiliary variable delay line having one input connected to the input of the main variable delay line and one output connected to a second input of the phase comparator, and a second processing unit controlling the first and second auxiliary variable delay lines so that the signal image received by the remote member is offset with respect to the reference clock signal, by a phase suitable for synchronizing the exchange of data on the reference clock signal.
