An electrical distribution system is configured to supply electric power to an electric load and includes a feeder, a battery energy storage system, an electrical switchgear device and an electronic controller. The switchgear device is configured to selectively connect the connection point to the feeder, wherein the electronic controller is configured to: detect an electric fault representative of a power loss event on the grid power source; upon detecting an electric fault, automatically open the electrical switchgear device to disconnect the grid power source from the feeder; and ensure that the battery system supplies electric power to the electric load while operating in a virtual-synchronous generator control mode.

An electrical switching device that can be employed in a sliding button, a rotating button, in a position switch, or an impact sensor. This device includes: a permanent magnet creating a magnetic field and a microswitch controlled between at least two states, by being aligned along two different orientations of field lines of the magnetic field of the permanent magnet. The microswitch and the permanent magnet are fixed relative to one another and a movable ferromagnetic part is moved between two positions so as to act on the orientation of the field lines generated by the permanent magnet so as to impose on the microswitch one or other of its two states.

An electrical switching device including a plurality of magnetic microswitches organized in a matrix on a substrate and each includes a mobile element driven between two stable positions held under the effect of a magnetic field, the device being characterized in that it includes a network of crossed conducting lines, wherein magnetic microswitches are positioned near to intersections formed by the conducting lines. The passage of an electrical current, through two conducting lines commands a change in position of the mobile element of the magnetic microswitch situated at the intersection of the two conducting lines.

A microsystem, including a magnetic microactuator, with a mobile element supported by a substrate and controlled by magnetic effect between a first position and a second position for switching at least one electric circuit. A permanent magnet or a solenoid subjects the mobile element to a first uniform magnetic field to hold the mobile element in the first position. An energizing coil external to the substrate, on energizing, subjects the mobile element to a second magnetic field to move the mobile element from the first position to the second position, the energizing coil being of solenoid type and surrounding the substrate supporting the mobile element.
