An electrically conductive device includes an annular conductor having a centerline and an inner radial end contactable with a shaft with an inner circumferential surface centered about the centerline. A support bracket is formed of an electrically conductive material and includes an inner annular main body with a centerline, the annular conductor being coupled with the main body such that the conductor centerline is coaxial with the bracket centerline, and at least one mounting lug extending radially outwardly from the main body and disposable against a radial mounting surface of an outer member. The mounting lug(s) include first and second centering projections located at first and second predetermined distances from the centerline and being disposable within corresponding openings in the outer member such that the centerline of the conductor is coaxial with the shaft central axis and the conductor inner circumferential surface is centered about the central axis.

A grounding brush assembly includes a grounding brush and a mounting plate. The mounting plate includes a radial main body and a plurality of tongues for axially and radially retaining the brush, the tongues extending from the main body and being spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction. The mounting plate further includes a plurality of centering tabs which extend from the main body and are offset radially outwardly at least partially with respect to the tongues.

Grounding brush assembly

A grounding brush assembly includes a grounding brush with a plurality of conductive fibers and a mounting plate. The mounting plate includes a radial main body, a plurality of retaining tongues extending from the main body for axially and radially retaining the brush, and either a plurality of centering tabs or an annular centering flange extending from the main body and at least locally surrounding the grounding brush while remaining radially separated therefrom. The centering tabs or flange have/has an outer surface defining the outer diameter of the mounting plate. The mounting plate further includes at least one mounting tongue which protrudes outwardly with respect to the outer surface of the centering means and which is flexible in the radial direction.

A bearing device includes a first ring and a second ring mounted for relative rotation and an insulating sleeve mounted on the second ring. The insulating sleeve incudes a socket and an electrically insulating liner, the liner contacting the second ring. The socket includes an outer surface and an inner surface opposite the outer surface, and the outer surface and the inner surface delimit a radial thickness of the socket. The insulating liner is overmolded on the second ring of the bearing and on the outer surface and/or the inner surface of the socket. The socket and the insulating liner are shaped such that the insulating liner is prevented from moving circumferentially relative to the socket.

Bearing device with integrated electrical insulation, in particular for an electric motor or machine

A bearing device includes a bearing having a first ring and a second ring mounted for relative rotation, and an insulating sleeve mounted on the second ring. The insulating sleeve includes a socket and an electrically insulating liner that contacts the second ring. The second ring has a radial outer surface and a radial inner surface delimiting a radial thickness of the second ring, and the insulating liner is overmolded on the socket and at least on one of the inner and outer surfaces of the second ring of the bearing. Also, the surface of the second ring is configured to retain, in the circumferential direction, the insulating liner relative to the surface by complementarity of shapes with the insulating liner.

A device includes a lower support cap, an upper bearing cap, at least one bearing disposed between the caps and at least one annular seal. The seal provides a claw secured by mechanical connection to the upper support cap, a sealing lip extending obliquely from the claw in the direction of the upper bearing cap.

Suspension abutment device with seal

A bearing device includes a first ring and a second ring mounted for relative rotation and an insulating sleeve including a socket and an electrically insulating liner. The socket has at least one recess, and the liner has at least one protrusion extending into each of the at least one recess. The liner is overmolded on the second ring and on the socket such to connect the second ring to the socket.

A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller of a transmission element, having a pulley, a bearing, and an annular protective flange. The flange provides a first radial portion of small diameter, the first radial portion bearing against a fixed inner ring of the bearing, a second radial portion of large diameter, and a substantially axial intermediate portion connecting the first and second radial portions. The intermediate portion forms a circumferential trough, the bottom of which is offset radially towards the inside of the pulley device compared with the outer edge of the fixed inner ring.
