The present disclosure relates to the technical field of battery, and discloses an integrated bus bar element for a battery, a battery and a vehicle; wherein the integrated bus bar element comprises a bus bar (), and a plurality of branch bars (-) for electrical connection to battery cells () respectively, and the bus bar () and the branch bars (-) are made of a single conductor and integrally formed as a single piece. The integrated bus bar element of the present disclosure eliminates the connection points between the bus bar and the branch bars, a step of connecting the bus bar and the branch bars is not required to be implemented during the battery assembly, thus the reliability and assembly convenience of the battery are greatly improved.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of battery system, and discloses a battery, a battery enclosure and a vehicle, wherein the battery comprises a battery enclosure defining a receiving space; a thermal isolation panel disposed in the receiving space and dividing the receiving space into a plurality of subspaces; and a plurality of cells respectively arranged in the subspaces and divided into a plurality of groups by the thermal isolation panel; wherein a weakened zone for guiding energy release when thermal runaway occurs in the cells is formed on an enclosure wall of the battery enclosure adjacent to the cell. The cells of the battery are separated by the thermal isolation panel so as to prevent the thermal runaway events from rapid spreading in the battery. At the same time, by providing a weakened zone on the battery enclosure wall adjoining the cell, an optimal venting direction can be provided for the cell in case of a thermal runaway, thus the battery has high safety.

The present invention provides a secondary battery comprising a housing with an internal chamber and Li-ion pouch cells including electrical terminals exposed to the outside of the housing. The secondary battery further includes an venting mechanism made of compressible materials to form air pockets to relieve internally generated pressure inside of said internal chamber by venting of compressible material air pockets to the outside of the housing, and the Li-ion pouch cells and the compressible materials are all encapsulated within a potting layer and located in said internal chamber of the housing.
