A device, system and method for electronically implementing corrective actions based on keep-separate attributes is provided. A keep-separate attribute associated with respective inmate profiles is generated using electronic data indicative of monitoring inmates. Schedule data, associated with the inmate profiles, which violates the keep-separate attribute within a given time period, is modified using the keep-separate attribute, to indicate a physical separation between the inmates. The keep-separate attribute and/or modification of the schedule data occurs via one or more machine-learning algorithms. The modified schedule data is stored and/or a notification of the modified schedule data is transmitted, to one or more communication devices, to instruct one or more correctional officers to physically separate the inmates within the given time period. A machine-learning feedback loop is implemented to process feedback indicative of an evaluation of one or more of the keep-separate attribute and the schedule data as modified.

A method and system provide for project a safe area during an emergency situation is provided. A server, using at least one electronic sensor, determines that an emergency situation is occurring in a building. The emergency situation can be an armed intruder, a natural disaster, a chemical spill or the like, etc. The server determines likely unsafe areas and at least one likely safe area within the building during the emergency situation. A projector, which can be incorporated into a camera or separate from a camera, projects visual guidance features within the building, the visual guidance features directing occupants in the building toward the likely safe area.

A non-whispered speech target device routing list and a whispered speech target device routing list are stored at a memory that is accessible by the mobile device. The mobile device identifies speech characteristics associated with a speech input and further determines whether the speech input corresponds to a whispered speech based on the speech characteristics. When it is determined that the speech input corresponds to a whispered speech, the mobile device routes communications corresponding to the speech input to each target device included in the whispered speech target device routing list. When it is determined that the speech input does not correspond to a whispered speech, the mobile device either routes or refrains from routing communications corresponding to the speech input to each target device included in the non-whispered speech target device routing list.

The electronic computing device monitors audio communications transmitted between communication devices that are members of a talk group on a talk group channel. The electronic computing device detects an audio inquiry from a first communication device and generates an audio content response to be provided in response to the audio inquiry. The electronic computing device determines based on one or both of the audio inquiry and the audio content response, and as a function of the context information, that the audio content response is to be individually provided to the first communication device.
