An apparatus for a locking apparatus for wire management is disclosed. The apparatus includes a housing, a fixing member, and a lock mechanism within the housing configured to resist movement of the fixing member in a first direction and to allow movement of the fixing member in a second direction opposite the first direction. The apparatus includes a lock path extending from a lock path entrance, through the locking mechanism, to a lock path exit. The apparatus includes a slack management opening integral to the housing and configured to hold a portion of the fixing member extending from the lock path exit.

Each anchor opening is configured for an anchor where securing an anchor through an anchor opening contributes to securing the housing to the roof and applies a force that compresses a portion of the sealant adjacent to and/or surrounding the anchor opening.

A junction box that includes a flashing configured to cover tiles of a roof of a structure and a housing box. The flashing includes a raised portion that includes a top edge and raised portion defines an opening. The housing box includes a recess portion, an expose portion extending from the recess portion, and a junction lip extending from the recess portion in a direction away from the expose portion. A recess between the junction lip and the recess portion defines a junction recess. At least a portion of the recess portion is configured to pass through the opening until at least a portion of the top edge extends into the junction recess.

In certain implementations, the sidewalls include a mounting sidewall to mount to a solar array rail structure. In addition, the junction box can include a lid positionable on the housing. In some examples, the mounting bracket can include a first bracket connected to the mounting sidewall, the first bracket wall extending perpendicular to the mounting sidewall. Additionally, the mounting bracket can include a second bracket wall connected to the first bracket wall, the second bracket wall extending parallel to the mounting sidewall.

The housing box may include a recess portion configured to be physically positioned between a plane of a tile surface of the structure and the sub-tile surface. In addition, the housing box may include a bottom portion attached to the recess portion. The bottom portion may include a first surface configured to be physically positioned proximate the sub-tile surface such that a central plane of the housing box is not parallel to a plane of the sub-tile surface when the plane of the tile surface is not parallel to the plane of the sub-tile surface.

In an example embodiment, a junction box may include a flashing. The flashing may define a first groove. The first groove may be disposed relative to a first center axis on a first plane. The junction box may also include a housing. The housing may include a bottom portion. The bottom portion may define a second groove. The second groove may be disposed relative to a second center axis. The second center axis may be coincident with the first center axis in a direction that is substantially parallel to the first plane of the first groove. In addition, the second groove may be located on a second plane that is substantially parallel to the first plane of the first groove. Further, the second groove may be configured to indicate a suitable hole position in the bottom portion.
