A bell-shaped rotor of an electric machine includes a cylindrical segment and a conical segment, wherein the cylindrical segment has magnetically active regions and nonmagnetic regions, where the rotor is produced at least partially via an additive production method, where the electric machine includes, in particular, an outer stator, an inner stator, which is arranged concentric to the outer stator within the outer stator, and the rotor, which is arranged concentric to the outer stator and the inner stator between the outer stator and the inner stator.

A machine component of an electric machine includes a metal base body and a sealing element, arranged on the base body, for thermally decoupling the machine component and a unit abutting it. The base body is manufactured by pressure die-casting. The sealing element is made from plastic and is connected to the base body in a form-fit manner during the pressure die-casting of the base body.

An electric machine includes a rotor and a stator having a horizontal peripheral direction. The rotor and the stator interact electromagnetically. The stator has a number of offset, radially oriented teeth for a winding, with the teeth being arranged in the horizontal peripheral direction. The teeth are each connected to a tooth cap and to a tooth pole. At least one tooth is formed by two webs, which are spaced part in the horizontal peripheral direction and are oriented radially in the zenith direction, for accommodating a solidifiable, in particular curable, medium between the webs.

The aim is to provide an individual-segment rotor, the construction of which requires low production expenditure. For this purpose, an individual-segment rotor having an axis of rotation and a plurality of laminated core segments () arranged around the axis of rotation is provided. Each laminated core segment () is radially fastened to a separate flexural support (). All flexural supports () are radially retained by at least one fastening ring ().

In a method for producing an individual-segment rotor for an electric machine, a shaft is arranged in a mold and a plurality of laminated core segments, which are at a distance from one another, are arranged on the circumference of the shaft in a distributed manner in the mold. The laminated core segments each have a fixing contour for a form closure for radially fixing the laminated core segment on the shaft. In addition, a permanent magnet is arranged between each pair of laminated core segments. An intermediate space between the shaft and each fixing contour of the laminated core segments is filled with a curable nonmagnetic material. The curable nonmagnetic material forms a form closure with respect to the radial direction with each fixing contour, and therefore each laminated core segment is retained on the shaft by the form closure.

Method for producing an individual-segment rotor for an electric machine

The aim is to propose an individual-segment rotor that is simple to construct and suitable for series production. Therefore, an individual-segment rotor having a plurality of laminated core segments () arranged in a star shape and a permanent magnet () between each pair of adjacent laminated core segments () is provided, whereby the laminated core segments and the permanent magnets are arranged in a hollow cylindrical assembly. The laminated core segments each have a plurality of individual sheets, which are rigidly connected to one another. The hollow cylindrical assembly has a groove on each of two outer edges, into which groove a ring () is inserted in order to fasten the assembly.
