A hearing aid apparatus contains a housing having a housing face. The housing face is directed outwardly when the hearing aid apparatus is being worn. The hearing aid apparatus further has an antenna and a transmitter and/or receiver for electromagnetic waves disposed in the housing. The transmitter and/or receiver is coupled to the antenna element. A grip element is disposed on the housing face of the housing, and the antenna is integrated at least in part in the grip element.

A hearing device that can be produced particularly efficiently has a housing, which can be inserted into an auditory canal of a person wearing the hearing device, and also a flexible retainer dome releasably fastened to the housing. The retainer dome serves to support the housing in the auditory canal. The housing has a one-piece housing shell and a face place. A structural unit with a receiver is disposed on the housing shell. The housing shell has a first, front-side opening, which is closed with the face plate, and a second, rear-side opening opposite the first opening. The structural unit protrudes from the rear-side opening with a retainer stub. The structural unit is fixed on the housing shell by a securing ring that is mounted externally onto the retainer stub.

Hearing device

A module for installation in a housing of a hearing aid, comprising a receiver having a first sound opening, for emitting acoustic signals, and an acoustic channel for guiding sound, which is aligned with the first sound opening and runs in a longitudinal direction. The acoustic channel is enclosed by a cup-shaped holder, and the holder has a second sound opening, which is aligned with the acoustic channel. The holder carries a spout, which has a mounting end and a connecting piece for connecting an ear mold. The spout has a channel for conducting sound, which runs in the longitudinal direction and is disposed in alignment with the second sound opening of the holder.

Module for installation in a hearing aid

Hearing apparatuses should be manufactured as simply as possible and with the closest possible fit. Accordingly, a molding structure is provided, which represents a model for the direct shaping of an otoplastic of a hearing apparatus. The molding structure has a sealing element, which can be positioned in the auditory canal. A molding mass is inserted into the auditory canal to a side of the sealing element facing the outlet of the auditory canal. The molding mass and the sealing element here are connected to form the model of the hearing apparatus and the sealing element has the exact shape of a part of the hearing apparatus.

A hearing instrument includes a housing and an exchangeable receiver. The hearing instrument further includes an opening in the housing for receiving the exchangeable receiver therein, and a coupler for actuating/de-actuating a physical coupling between the housing and the exchangeable receiver and for enabling the housing to hold the receiver.

The production of sealing units, and especially of face plates for hearing devices and other hearing apparatuses, is to be further automated. A sealing unit for sealing a shell of a hearing apparatus that can be worn in the auditory canal is accordingly proposed, with a face plate having a battery opening for holding a battery, with battery contacts, to which at least one signal processing module is connected, being arranged in or on the battery opening. A mount is removably affixed in or on the battery opening in order to hold the at least one signal processing module in or perpendicularly above/below the battery opening. The mount thus serves not only to retain the signal processing components during transport, but also to affix them into the face plate for example during milling of positioning holes for microphones.

The production of a hearing aid housing shell or ear mold that can be worn in the ear should be simplified and improved. For this, a prefabricated component, such as a frame for holding an electronics module or a receiver adapter, is positioned in a rapid prototyping instrument. There, the component is integrated into the housing shell or ear mold by the subsequent production of the housing shell or ear mold. This avoids connecting the component to the housing shell or ear mold in a further method step after producing the housing shell or ear mold.

Hearing apparatuses and in particular hearing devices are to be designed to be smaller. To this end, provision is made for an assembly device for fastening a component in the housing of a hearing apparatus with a first arm for retaining the component and a second arm, which can be plugged at least partially into/onto a corresponding fastening element on the interior of the housing. A hinge connects the two arms in a pivotable fashion. After connecting the assembly device to the fastening element, the two arms are snapped onto one another by pivoting about the hinge and thus adopt a final assembly position. This retractable mechanism also allows the use of space below a cover segment of the housing.

For enabling fast, customer-specific and precise matching of a hearing device's directional characteristic, a hearing device having a signal processing unit for performing a processing algorithm is provided, with at least one design-related parameter of the hearing device having been made available to the signal processing unit and with the signal processing unit performing the processing algorithm based on the design-related parameter of the hearing device. It should be considered as especially advantageous in the case of the inventive hearing device that a processing algorithm can be performed particularly precisely and customer-specifically based on the provided design-related parameters of the hearing device.

The invention specifies a sealing apparatus for a microphone opening in a front plate. It comprises a sound-permeable covering medium made of a first material and a sound-permeable membrane, with a sealant arranged on the exterior of the covering medium made of a second material being designed so as to produce a tight form fit between the covering medium and the front plate when said covering medium is inserted into the microphone opening. A front plate that is compatible with the sealing apparatus according to the invention is also specified. The advantage here is that the microphone opening can be sealed in a water-tight fashion and as a result protects a microphone positioned beneath it against external influences.

An energy storage means holding device and an associated housing module for a hearing device are provided. The holding device includes a holding module and a contact arranged in the holding module for connection to an energy charging device. A gripping is embodied in the holding module and cover the contact such that the contact can be contacted outside but cannot however be reached by human fingers when inserting the holding device into a housing module of the hearing device.

The invention specifies a hearing device, which has at least one contact means which can be flush with the hearing device housing. The contact means contacts an external unit, for instance a battery charging unit, when in an extended or folded-out position. The unit has a corresponding opening for receiving the contact means. As a result, a reliable connection can be established between the hearing device and the charging device when charging a rechargeable battery of the hearing device for instance. The contact means can comprise first and second contact elements, and third contact elements which correspond to the external unit.

A faceplate of a hearing device housing with a component fitted in an opening of the faceplate and an associated method are provided. The faceplate is formed from a first material. When a predefinable distance between the support surface of the components in the opening and the surface facing away from the exterior of the faceplate is not reached, a second material is applied below the support surface to the surface of the faceplate such that the predefinable distance is produced. As a result, even with fitted components, for instance the volume controller or program selection switch, the mechanical stability of the faceplate is ensured.

The invention relates to a hearing aid device, in particular a hearing aid, preferably an in-the-ear hearing aid, with a long-stretched out removal device and a guide for the removal device, wherein the guide is embodied on or within the hearing aid device and the removal device is accommodated displaceably in the guide. The invention further relates to a hearing aid device set, in particular an in-the-ear hearing aid set, with a hearing aid device according to the invention and an electrical recharging device.

A smaller and more reliable rechargeable in-the-ear (ITE) hearing device is provided. The ITE hearing device includes a housing, which has a housing surface which points outwards in the worn state, an accumulator in the housing, at least one charging contact for charging the accumulator and a gripping element, which is arranged on the housing surface. The gripping element can be moved from a non-operational position into an operational position. The charging contact is concealed by the gripping element or the housing when the gripping element is in the non-operational position and is not concealed when the gripping element is in the operational position. As a result of the charging contact being concealable, the hearing device's reliability is improved. If the charging contact is fastened to the gripping element, the gripping element achieves an additional functionality resulting in a smaller design overall.
