An actuator assembly for a positively locking, switchable clutch or a brake includes a shaft that can be rotated with respect to a rotational axis and an actuator slide for actuating the freewheel. The actuator slide is rotationally connected to the shaft and can be moved relative to the shaft in the axial direction between a first position and a second position and an actuator, which is stationary at least in part, that moves the actuator slide between the first position and the second position. The actuator includes a stationary coil, which, in the energized state, generates a magnetic field, in which the actuator slide can be moved out of the first position into the second position or vice versa. The coil is not energized in the first and in the second position. The actuator fixes the actuator slide in the first position and the second position.

A hybrid drive assembly includes an internal combustion engine as a first drive machine having a first drive shaft, an electromechanical energy converter as a second drive machine having a second drive shaft, a switchable traction transmission device with a first transmission input shaft selectively connected to the first drive shaft, and a second transmission input shaft connected to the second drive shaft. The traction transmission device has an input planetary gear set having at least three transmission shafts, an input sun gear shaft, an input ring gear shaft, and an input planet carrier shaft. One of which is the first transmission input shaft, with a first torsional vibration reducing device arranged between it and the first drive shaft. Another of which is the second transmission input shaft, with a second torsional vibration reducing device arranged between it and the second drive shaft.

Hybrid drive assembly for a motor vehicle

A freewheel for a motor vehicle drive train includes a locking pawl carrier which is rotatable with respect to a rotational axis, first and second locking pawls fastened pivotably in a locking pawl receptacle where the locking pawl receptacle is fixedly coupled to the locking pawl carrier. A shaft is rotatable about the rotational axis and has first and second coupling depressions in which the first and second locking pawls are respectively engageable. A switching ring is coupled fixedly to the locking pawl carrier so as to rotate with the locking pawl carrier and the switching ring is movable along the rotational axis by an actuator. A position of the switching ring is detectable by a sensor. A movement of the switching ring in one direction loads the first and second locking pawls in opposite pivoting directions and fixes a position of the first and second locking pawls.

Freewheel for a motor vehicle drive train

A hybrid drive train for a vehicle has at least one internal combustion engine with an internal combustion engine drive shaft, in particular a crankshaft, and at least one first electrical machine with a first electrical machine drive shaft. The internal combustion engine and the first electrical machine are designed to transfer a torque to at least one drive axle. A transmission has a transmission input shaft and a transmission output shaft which is operatively connected to a first drive axle that can be driven by the internal combustion engine. The transmission input shaft of the transmission is connected at least to the internal combustion engine drive shaft of the internal combustion engine in order to transfer a torque from the internal combustion engine to the transmission input shaft and further to the first drive axle. The transmission input shaft and the internal combustion engine drive shaft of the internal combustion engine are arranged parallel to each other.

Hybrid drive train

A motor vehicle transmission for a hybrid drive train of a motor vehicle includes a first transmission input shaft for receiving drive power of a first drive machine and a second transmission input shaft for receiving drive power from a second drive machine. A first planetary transmission gear set includes a first sun pinion, a first internal gear, and a first planetary gear carrier. A second planetary transmission gear set includes a second sun pinion, a second internal gear, and a second planetary gear carrier. The first internal gear is selectively connectable fixedly to a transmission housing so as to rotate with the transmission housing by a first braking device and the second internal gear is selectively connectable fixedly to a transmission output shaft so as to rotate with the transmission output shaft by a first clutch device.

Motor vehicle transmission for a hybrid drive train, and hybrid drive train

A valve device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle, preferably for a motor or utility vehicle, is provided. According to the invention, the valve device is designed such that the valve device can achieve the establishment and separation of a fluid connection between an operating pressure side and an actuator pressure side, each in a state operated without pressure. Further, an automatic transmission having such a valve device and a corresponding method for controlling such a valve device are provided.

An automatic transmission for a motor vehicle having an internal combustion engine includes at least two fixed gear ratios, a transmission shaft, a planetary gearbox, a shaft, two shift elements, and a variator. A first side of the variator can be coupled to the transmission shaft for torque transmission and a second side of the variator can be coupled to the planetary gearbox via the shaft in order to adjust the gear ratio.

Automatic transmission for a motor vehicle and method for shifting an automatic transmission

A method for exiting from a recuperation phase in a parallel hybrid vehicle includes, in a first step, the vehicle is in a recuperation phase, started by means of a trigger, with a predefined recuperation driving demand, and, in a second step, the electric machine is brought to an increased rotational speed during the recuperation phase. In a third step, a phase for departing from the recuperation phase is started by means of a trigger, wherein, in this phase, the internal combustion engine is made available for coupling to the electric machine, such that a target rotational speed determined between the internal combustion engine to be connected and the electric machine for the connection to the transmission input is set, and in parallel, by means of an upshift, a highest possible gear ratio for the connection to the drivetrain is set, in order to satisfy a present driving demand. In a fourth step, the departure from the recuperation phase is completed.

Method for departing from a recuperation phase in a parallel hybrid vehicle

A 6-speed planetary transmission for a motor vehicle has an input shaft, an output shaft, a first planetary gear set, a second planetary gear set and a third planetary gear set. The input shaft can be coupled to the first planetary carrier or to the first ring gear via a first shifting element. The first sun gear can be coupled to a gearbox housing via a second shifting element. The first planetary carrier can be coupled to the first ring gear via a third shifting element. The second ring gear or the second planetary carrier can be coupled to the gearbox housing via a fourth shifting element. In addition, the first ring gear or the first planetary carrier, the second sun gear and the third sun gear are connected for conjoint rotation. In addition, the output shaft is connected for conjoint rotation to the second planetary carrier or the second ring gear.

6-speed planetary transmission

A combined multistage hybrid transmission has a transmission housing; a transmission input shaft; a transmission output shaft; a first planetary gear set with a first sun pinion, a first ring gear, and a first carrier shaft on which at least one first planetary gear is rotatably mounted; a second planetary gear set with a second sun pinion, a second ring gear, and a second carrier shaft on which at least one second planetary gear is rotatably mounted. An electromechanical energy converter is rotationally fixed to the first sun pinion, wherein the first ring gear is rotationally fixed to the second sun pinion by an intermediate shaft. The transmission output shaft is arranged axially parallel and at a radial distance to the transmission input shaft. The drive power can be transmitted from the transmission input shaft by a first spur gear stage with a first transmission input spur gear and a first transmission output spur gear and by a second spur gear stage with a second transmission input spur gear and a second transmission output spur gear. The two transmission output spur gears are concentric to the transmission output shaft and the two transmission input spur gears are concentric to the transmission input shaft. The first transmission input spur gear is or can be rotationally fixed to the intermediate shaft, and the second transmission input spur gear is or can be rotationally fixed to the second ring gear.

Combined multistage hybrid transmission and powertrain comprising same

A hybrid planetary gear transmission includes first, second and third planetary gear sets with respective sun, ring and planetary gears, the three planetary gear sets being arranged at a distance from each other concentrically to a common transmission axis, a transmission input shaft for receiving drive power from at least one drive machine, and a transmission output shaft for outputting drive power to a drive train. The hybrid transmission further includes a first coupling system for selectively connecting the transmission input shaft to the sun gear of the first planetary gear set, a second coupling device for selectively connecting the transmission input shaft to the planetary gear carrier of the first planetary gear set, and a connection between the ring gear of the third planetary gear set to the planetary carrier of the second planetary gear set. A sun gear of additional planetary gear set is rotationally mounted with respect to the transmission housing, and a planetary gear carrier of the additional planetary gear set may be connected to a first drive machine and a ring gear of the additional planetary gear set may be connected to a second drive machine, such that drive power can be transferred from the planetary gear carrier of the additional planetary gear set to the transmission input shaft.

Hybrid transmission

A drive system for a hybrid drive in a motor vehicle is provided. The drive system includes a drive machine with a rotor and a stator; a planetary gear set with a sun gear, a ring gear and at least one planetary gear mounted on a planetary carrier; and a coupling system, by way of which at least one other drive machine can be coupled to the drive system. The ring gear can be connected to the rotor in order to transmit drive power and is arranged inside the rotor in the radial direction. In particular, the sun gear of the drive system is non-rotatably mounted in relation to the stator; the planetary carrier is configured as a transmission output shaft; and a power take-off shaft, which is concentric with the ring gear, can be connected to the planetary carrier and to the coupling system.

Electric drive system

A planetary gearing device includes a gearing input shaft, a gearing output shaft, a gearing housing, and at least a first, second and third planetary gear train, each having a sun gear, a ring gear and at least one planet gear. The planetary gear trains are centrally arranged with respect to a gearing axis and can be mutually, particularly selectively, connected with torque transmission devices. The first planetary gear train are arranged radially within the second planetary gear train. An individual sectional plane orthogonal with respect to the gearing axis intersects the first and the second planetary gear train, the first and the third planetary gear train being axially spaced from one another along this gearing axis. The first planetary gear train has at least a second planet gear.

Planetary gearing device

A method is provided for shifting a transmission, more particularly an automatic planetary transmission, having multiple non-positive shift elements and at least one positive shift element. The transmission can assume particular transmission states according to current shifting states of the shift elements, each transmission state having a particular transmission ratio between a transmission input and a transmission output. At least two transmission states have identical transmission ratios. To shift into a first of the at least two transmission states that have identical transmission ratios, only non-positive shift elements are engaged. By contrast, to shift into a second of the at least two transmission states that have identical transmission ratios, at least one positive shift element is engaged. At least for shift operations involving shifting to the identical transmission ratio from a current transmission state that has a transmission ratio other than the identical transmission ratio, the transmission is shifted first into the first transmission state and then into the second transmission state.
