A mower deck automatic leveling system includes actuators that adjust the position of the mower deck at a plurality of different locations between the mower deck and vehicle frame at the selected cutting height, and sensors that calibrate the actuators by measuring the distance to a ground surface at a plurality of different locations on a mower deck at the selected cutting height.

Mower deck automatic leveling system

An automatic connection mechanism for a mid-mounted implement to a tractor is disclosed. The automatic connection mechanism includes a rear lift linkage pivotably attached to the tractor, that automatically and releasably engage the rear of the implement. The forward lift linkage is pivotably attached to the front of the implement, and automatically and releasably engages the forward end of the tractor. A PTO coupling member also is attached to the rear lift linkage to engage an opposing PTO coupling member on the implement.

Automatic connection mechanism for mid-mounted implement

An automatic connection mechanism for a mid-mounted implement to a tractor. The automatic connection mechanism includes a rear lift linkage pivotably attached to the tractor, that automatically and releasably engage the rear of the implement. The forward lift linkage is pivotably attached to the front of the implement, and automatically and releasably engages the forward end of the tractor. A PTO coupling member also is attached to the rear lift linkage to engage an opposing PTO coupling member on the implement.

A single lever mower deck height-of-cut control provides a hand control connected to a depth stop cam that is movable to a plurality of cutting height positions. A push button switch on the hand control may be actuated to extend a hydraulic lift mechanism against a lift arm to raise the mower deck. The mower deck descends while the push button switch is not actuated until the lift arm engages the depth stop cam at a specified cutting height position.

A system for mounting material collector containers to lawn and garden tractors includes mounting arms pivotally attachable to the tractor frame and spring biased latching device connected to the arms for releasably and automatically latching the arms to the frame in a given pivotal position. The mounting bracket system is arranged so as to be latched to and receive vertical support from a location or locations remote from the hitch plate and hitch hole. Thus, the mounting bracket system does not interfere with the normal intended uses of the hitch plate and hitch hole.
