Ski tow for boats

A ski tow for a boat having a tow post and a ski rope connected to the tow post. The ski tow includes a pedestal shaped body having a lowermost foot spaced apart from an uppermost cap by an intermediate die; a camera mount located on the cap and configured for receiving a camera; and a chase extending vertically through the pedestal body and open on both ends. The pedestal shaped body pivots or rotates such that the camera mount remains aligned with the ski rope as a skier connected to the tow rope moves relative to the tow post and moves the tow rope relative to the tow post.

A posterior spinal implant system configured to immobilize and stabilize spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion in the thoracic, lumbar, and/or sacral spine. The implant system includes a pedicle screw, a spinal rod; a connector connecting the pedicle screw to the spinal rod. The connector includes a connector body, a polyaxial screw receiver positioned on the connector body and configured to receive the pedicle screw and permit polyaxial orientation of the connector relative to the pedicle screw, a polyaxial rod receiver positioned in the connector body and configured to receive the spinal rod and permit polyaxial orientation of the spinal rod relative to the connector, and a lock installed in the polyaxial rod receiver. The lock is operable to lock the connector relative the pedicle screw, lock the polyaxial rod receiver relative to the connector, and lock the spinal rod relative to the polyaxial rod receiver.

An intervertebral body spacer includes an inferior plate portion; a superior plate portion vertically spaced above the inferior plate portion; and a central spacer portion between the inferior plate portion. The central spacer portion has a posterior vertical wall extending between the inferior plate portion and the superior plate portion, the posterior vertical wall including multiple windows therethrough, an anterior vertical wall opposite and spaced apart from the posterior vertical wall, the anterior vertical wall being solid, and a pair of side vertical walls spaced apart from one another and extending between the posterior vertical wall and the anterior vertical wall, the side vertical walls including multiple windows.

Corpectomy spacer and plate

A medical screwdriver configured to avoid disengaging from a screw during implantation of the screw at a surgical site, the screwdriver including an outer shaft having a housing in which is located a piston and a spring, an inner shaft, and a collar. When the collar is rotated in a first direction the collar is positioned at a first position and the inner shaft is rotationally coupled to the outer shaft. When the collar is rotated in a second direction opposite the first direction, the collar moves to a second position and the inner shaft is unlocked from the outer shaft.
