A method of assembling a vehicle including a vehicle frame includes assembling a center body of the vehicle by coupling a plurality of center body components to the vehicle frame, and, subsequent to assembling the center body, assembling at least one of a front body and a rear body of the vehicle, wherein assembling the front body of the vehicle comprises coupling a plurality of front body components to the vehicle frame, and wherein assembling the rear body of the vehicle comprises coupling a plurality of rear body components to the vehicle frame.

Methods and systems for assembling a vehicle

A combination closure and tabletop for a vehicle having a load-carrying bed and method includes a closure body pivotally and removably connected to a bed floor of the vehicle that defines a load bearing surface of a load-carrying bed on the vehicle. The closure body is connected to the bed floor when in a closure state for selectively providing and inhibiting access to a storage compartment disposed below the bed floor. The closure body is removable from the bed floor when in a tabletop state for use in a tabletop configuration. When in the closure state, the closure body is pivotable from the pivot closed position to a pivot open position. The pivot closed position is for inhibiting access into the storage compartment. The pivot open position is for providing access into the storage compartment. When in the tabletop state, the closure body is usable as a tabletop and access is provided into the storage compartment.

Combination closure and tabletop for a vehicle having a load-carrying bed and method

A molding fixing assembly for securing a roof molding in a roof groove includes a bracket fixedly secured in the roof groove and a separate clip mounted to the molding. The bracket includes a base and a pair of arms extending substantially perpendicularly from opposed longitudinal side edges of the base. At least one of the arms includes a first retaining member and a second retaining member having a configuration different than the first retaining member. The clip includes a body having a pair of longitudinal sidewalls and a pair of end walls. At least one of the sidewalls has a post projecting therefrom. To connect the clip to the bracket, the sidewalls of the clip are positioned between the pair of arms of the bracket. The first retaining member engages one of the sidewalls of the clip and the second retaining member engages the post.
