In an embodiment, a pressure sensor system includes a pressure sensor element with a flexible plate, wherein the pressure sensor element is a piezoresistive sensor element and a support element on which the pressure sensor element is arranged, wherein a flow channel configured to supply a medium to the flexible plate runs in the support element, wherein the flow channel has at least one sub-section, a longitudinal direction of which running perpendicularly below the flexible plate, and wherein a channel cross section of the at least one sub-section of the flow channel is at no point within the sub-section of the flow channel smaller than an area of the flexible plate.

Pressure sensor system having protection against freezing medium

A housing is disclosed. In an embodiment a housing includes a housing opening, a pressure-compensating element mounted on an inner side of the housing opening, a protective wall mounted on an outer side of the housing opening surrounding the housing opening and a bridge arranged over the outer side of the housing opening and protruding beyond the housing opening, wherein the bridge is shaped and arranged such that a projection of the bridge at least partially covers the housing opening.

Housing with pressure compensating element

A pressure transmitter is disclosed. In an embodiment a pressure transmitter includes a housing including a housing wall, a sensor element arranged inside the housing, a ceramic substrate acting as a carrier of the sensor element and of its electrical connection arranged inside the housing and a first heating element arranged inside the housing or the housing wall, wherein the pressure transmitter is configured to determine differential, relative or absolute pressure.

Media-separated pressure transmitter

A pressure sensor system having a pressure sensor chip is specified. The pressure sensor chip is mounted on a mounting receptacle of a ceramic housing body having a pressure feed guided to the pressure sensor chip. The housing body is three-dimensionally shaped and monolithically formed and is formed by a ceramic material having a coefficient of thermal expansion which deviates by less than 30% from the coefficient of thermal expansion of the pressure sensor chip in a temperature range of greater than or equal to &#x2212;40&#xb0; C. and less than or equal to 150&#xb0; C.

Pressure sensor system

A sensor arrangement has at least one sensor element with electrical connections. At least one sensor element is arranged in a solid plastic-material body, at least a first insulating layer, which encloses the sensor element, being arranged between the sensor element and the plastic-material body. The sensor element senses at least one physical property of a medium to be measured.

Sensor arrangement and method for production

A radiation sensor is provided for detecting the position and intensity of a radiation source. The radiation sensor includes at least one photodetector having a radiation-sensitive surface. Furthermore, the radiation sensor includes a reflector that reflects the radiation emitted by a radiation source from specific directions at least partly in the direction of the radiation-sensitive surface of the photodetector. The reflector is arranged on that side of the radiation sensor that is remote from the radiation source.

Radiation sensor for detecting the position and intensity of a radiation source

A measuring device for detecting the amount of moisture in and the temperature of a flowing medium is disclosed. Flow-directing elements which mix the flowing medium and direct it in a desired direction are arranged in the measuring device. The average temperature of the medium can thus be detected using a suitably arranged temperature sensor. In addition, the moisture sensor may be arranged in such a manner that a selective amount of moisture in the medium is detected.
