The present invention relates to an endoluminal stent and an endoluminal stent system, with the endoluminal stent being delivered to a site at which it is to be implanted by means of a delivery device comprising a sheath for receiving the endoluminal stent. The endoluminal stent comprises a hollow tube body portion, a connection portion and a flange portion, wherein the tube body portion is connected to one end of the connection portion, the flange portion has a connection end and a suspended end opposite one another, with the connection end being connected to the other end of the connection portion in a turning connection, and the suspended end being suspended, the flange portion comprising a flange section bare wave ring made of an elastic material; the suspended end is located at a distal side of the connection end when the endoluminal stent is in a natural state; the suspended end is located at a proximal side of the connection end when the endoluminal stent is received in the sheath; and after the flange portion is released from the sheath, the flange portion automatically turns over, and the suspended end moves from the proximal side of the connection end to the distal side of the connection end. The endoluminal stent of the present invention can enhance the anchoring force thereof.

Endoluminal stent and endoluminal stent system

A stent graft; the stent graft is provided in the axial direction thereof with at least one Region T, and the Region T includes a plurality of wavy rings; in the circumferential direction, the Region T includes a region A and a Region B that is connected to the region A, the ratio of the area of the region A to the area of the Region T being 1/4-2/3, the ratio of the coverage rate of the wavy rings in the region A to the coverage rate of the wavy rings in the Region B being 1/5-9/10, and the ratio of the coverage rate of the wavy rings within any circular region having a diameter of 20 mm within the region A to the coverage rate of the wavy rings in the region A being 0.7-1.3.

Stent graft with variable coverage of wavy rings

A luminal stent, including a tubular body and a skirt sleeved on the tubular body. One end of the skirt is a fixed end, and the fixed end is sealedly connected to the outer surface of the tubular body; the other end of the skirt is a free end; on a section passing through the central axis of the tubular body, the ratio of the distance between the fixed end and the free end located on the same side of the central axis of the tubular body to the vertical distance between two points of the free end on both sides of the central axis of the tubular body along the radial direction of the skirt is less than 1/2.

Luminal stent

The present invention belongs to the field of medical devices, and specifically relates to a stent-graft. The stent-graft has a proximal greater curvature side and a proximal lesser curvature side. The stent-graft includes a stent body, an inner cover membrane disposed on the inner side of the stent body, and an outer cover membrane disposed on the outer side of the stent body. The stent body includes a plurality of wave rings axially arranged at intervals. Alternatively arranged crests and troughs are formed on the wave rings. The outer cover membrane is provided with a first opening, and the first opening exposes at least one trough located at or nearer to the proximal greater curvature side. According to the stent-graft of the embodiments of the present invention, the exposed trough can easily hang on a vessel wall, and thereby achieving the function of preventing the stent-graft from shifting. The crests and troughs located at the proximal lesser curvature side of the stent-graft remain covered by the outer cover membrane. Therefore, the stack state of the cover membrane and the wave ring in a stent lumen is in the blood flow direction, thereby reducing the risk of thrombosis.

Stent graft

A branch vessel stent including a stent body and a first developing member, where the first developing member includes a first developing portion and a second developing portion. A length of the first developing portion and a length of the second developing portion in an axial direction of the stent body are both not less than 0.5 mm. A distance between the intersections of the first developing portion and the second developing portion on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the stent body gradually increases from a position where the distance is the minimum distance to an end that is away from a first end of the first developing portion or the second developing portion. The minimum distance between the intersections of the first developing portion and the second developing portion on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the stent body is less than 2 mm.

Branch vessel stent

A stent graft comprises a plurality of wavy rings sequentially arranged in a spaced manner, and membranes fixed to the plurality of wavy rings, wherein the stent graft comprises, in a circumferential direction, at least one keel region and a non-keel region connected to the keel region, the keel region having an axial shortening rate that is less than that of the non-keel region, and the axial shortening rate of the keel region is 10-40%. The stent graft can be bent in all directions, and the keel region on the stent graft can provide a sufficient amount of an axial support force for the stent.

Covered stent

A covered stent (A), including a mesh-shaped support structure, and further including a first section (A) and a second section (A) connected to a proximal end and/or a distal end of the first section. The first section includes a plurality of first corrugated rings (A), and a first covering film (A) which covers surfaces of the first corrugated rings; the second section includes a plurality of second corrugated rings (A), two adjacent second corrugated rings being fixedly connected to each other; a plurality of windows (A) are formed between the plurality of second corrugated rings; and the plurality of first corrugated rings and the plurality of second corrugated rings form the support structure. The second section of the covered stent will not block an opening of a branch vessel (), and thus it is not necessary to reduce the length of the covered stent in a main branch vessel, such that the covered stent has a sufficiently long anchoring area in the main branch vessel so as to ensure that the covered stent has sufficient anchoring force and thus prevent the displacement or endoleak of a distal end of the covered stent, thereby ensuring a good occluding effect.

A covered stent comprises a radially compressible inner stent and an outer stent covering the inner stent, the inner stent comprises an inner support skeleton and an inner coating film arranged on the inner support skeleton; and the outer stent covering the inner stent, wherein the outer stent covers at least part of the inner stent, the outer stent comprises an outer support skeleton and an outer coating film arranged on the outer support skeleton, one end of the outer coating film is hermetically connected to the inner coating film, and the resilience of the outer coating film is greater than that of the inner coating film. The inner covering film is relatively soft. The outer covering film can rebound quickly, the outer stent effectively fills the gap between the inner stent and the wall of the lumen, so as to prevent inner leakage.

Covered stent and preparation method therefor

A lumen stent () and an implant are provided. The lumen stent includes a tubular body (), an inner branch () and an outer branch () which are respectively communicated with the tubular body (). The tubular body () includes a first body segment (), a tapered segment () and a second body segment () which are connected in sequence. The tapered segment () is provided with an outer branch window () and an inner branch window (). The proximal end of the outer branch () is connected to the outer branch window (). The distal end of the inner branch () is connected to the inner branch window (). The area of the inner branch window () is larger than that of the outer branch window (). The beneficial effects are as follows: since the area of the inner branch window () is larger than that of the outer branch window (), most of blood flow can rapidly pass through the inner branch (), so that the blood flow pressure of the outer branch () is reduced, and the distal end of the outer branch () is prevented from tilting and touching an inner wall of a tumor cavity.

Lumen stent and implant

A covered stent () includes a first wave ring () provided on at least one end of the covered stent (), wherein the first wave ring () is formed of braided wires by means of braiding; each of the braided wires has wire heads () and a wire rod (), with the wire heads () being located at two ends of the wire rod (); and the wire heads () of the braided wire are wound around the adjacent wire rod (); and the covered stent () further includes a limiting unit (), with the limiting unit () being arranged on the wire head () and the wire rod () adjacent to the wire head (), and the limiting unit () limiting the range of axial and/or radial movement of the wire head () relative to the wire rod ().

A coated stent (), comprises a coated unit (), and an exposed unit () which is a ring-shaped structure and which is provided on the periphery () of an end portion () of the coated unit (); the exposed unit () comprises an inward-tilting wave body (), the inward-tilting wave body () comprising at least a first wave crest () and a first wave rod () connected to the first wave crest (); the position of the first wave crest () is farther away from the coated unit () than other positions on the inward-tilting wave body (); the first wave rod () is planar, and from the first wave crest () to an end of the exposed unit () near the coated unit (), the radial distance from the inward-tilting wave body () to the central axis () of the coated unit () gradually increases. When the coated stent () is implanted into an arterial vessel (), the inward-tilting wave body () forms a certain avoidance space due to the tilt to adapt to the curvature of a large curved side () of the arterial vessel (), and prevents the inward-tilting wave body () from directly piercing a branch vessel ().

Coated stent

A delivery apparatus includes a sheath assembly, a tip, and a handle assembly. The sheath assembly includes an inner core tube, a push tube surrounding and receiving the inner core tube, and a sheath surrounding and receiving the push tube and capable of moving axially relative to the push tube. The tip is connected to the distal end of the inner core tube. The handle assembly is connected to the proximal end of the sheath. A tube cavity channel for the inner core tube to extend through is provided within the push tube. A guide wire channel also is provided in the push tube. A limiting mechanism is provided on the tip and is used for being detachably connected to a guide wire extending through the guide wire channel.

Delivery apparatus and system

Disclosed is a covered stent (), including a hollow tubular main body (), and a window () provided on a side wall of the tubular main body (). An elastic supporting member () is provided at a periphery of the window (); an imaging member () is provided on the elastic supporting member (); and at least part of the imaging member () is movably connected to the elastic supporting member (). Since the imaging member () and the elastic supporting member () are located at the periphery of the window (), the imaging member () and the elastic supporting member () enable the periphery of the window () to simultaneously have a good imaging performance and a good supporting performance.

A vascular stent, including an inner stent tube as well as a proximal support and a distal support which are arranged on an outer wall of the inner stent tube. When the vascular stent is in a compressed configuration, the proximal support and the distal support are both folded and close to the outer wall of the inner stent tube; when the vascular stent is expanded from the compressed configuration to an expanded configuration, a free end of the proximal support expands towards the distal end of the vascular stent, and a free end of the distal support expands towards the proximal end of the vascular stent. The vascular stent can be anchored to a main stent tube in a blood vessel by the proximal support and the distal support, preventing the vascular stent from shifting or becoming dislodged after being transplanted into the main stent tube.

Vascular stent

A luminal stent includes a tube body that can be compressed and expanded in the radial direction, and an anti-leakage structure. The tube body is divided by the anti-leakage structure into a first tube body positioned on one side of the anti-leakage structure, and a second tube body positioned on the other side of the anti-leakage structure, with at least part of the first tube body being encircled by the anti-leakage structure. In a compressed state, the maximum compression diameter of the anti-leakage structure and the first tube body encircled by the anti-leakage structure is greater than or equal to the maximum compression diameter of the second tube body.
