The present disclosure relates to a fitting for an openable element such as a door, locker, hatch, window, or the like, and an openable element preferably comprising the fitting. The fitting includes a housing arranged at one side of the openable element. A shaft extends from the housing, such that when the fitting is arranged to the openable element, the shaft extends through a hole image of the openable element. An actuation member is arranged on the shaft and rotatable relative to the housing. The fitting further includes a fixing member arranged axially along the shaft between the housing and the actuation member, such that the fixing member is rotatable relative to the housing and the shaft between an inserting position and a first fixing position.

Fitting for an openable element

The present application relates to a handle arrangement () for a door (), comprising a handle () and a locking clamp () for engaging a locking element on a door frame (). The locking clamp is arranged to rotate around a first axis (A) from a locking to an intermediate position and to move linearly along a second axis (B) from the intermediate to an open position, when the handle is moved between a closed, intermediate, and open state. The arrangement comprises a resilient means () arranged to keep the locking clamp from moving from the intermediate position towards the open position until a force applied in the direction of the linear movement of the locking clamp towards the open position exceeds a resilient force of the resilient means. With this arrangement, a handle arrangement which may be opened in several steps is provided such that the opening of a door may be performed in a controlled manner.

The present invention relates to a handle arrangement for arrangement to a door comprising a body, wherein the body, when arranged to said door, extends substantially in parallel with an outer surface of said door, a handle for rotational movement relative to the body to open a latching arrangement, a latching element for latching engagement with a corresponding lock element arranged on said door frame, wherein the latching element is rotatable relative to the body between an unlatching position and a latching position, and a pushing element in rotationally fixed connection with the handle. The pushing element is arranged to, when rotated in a first direction, push the latching element from the latching position to the open position, and the pushing element comprises a sliding member in slidable connection to a sliding surface on the latching element, such that a rotational movement in the first direction of the pushing element provides an accelerated rotational movement of the latching element.

Handle arrangement with an internal lock

The present disclosure relates to a fitting () for arrangement to a door and a door frame. The fitting () comprises a body (), a first part (), and a support plate () arranged at a door facing side of the body. The fitting is configured to abut the door when arranged thereto and comprises a distance element () in-between the support plate and the body which sets an offset between the support plate and the body. The distance element is moveable between different positions providing different offset between the body and the support plate. This arrangement minimizes the penetration of air or other substance through the door due to an offset between the door and door frame and can be used on different types of doors with different offsets.

Adjustable fitting for a door

The present invention relates to a handle arrangement () for arrangement to a door comprising a body (), a handle () rotatably arranged to the body () and movable between closed and an open position, and a latch mechanism () for latching a door to a door frame. The latch mechanism () being maneuverable between a latching position and an unlatching position by rotating the handle () round a first rotational axis (A), The latch mechanism further comprises a lock arrangement () rotationally movable around its central axis (C) and comprises a moveable locking element () configured to be moved between an unlocked position and a locked position upon rotation of the lock arrangement (), wherein the locking element () comprises a flange () and the handle () comprises a stopping surface (), wherein said flange () in the locked position is configured to abut the stopping surface () to prevent rotation of the gripping portion () around said first rotational axis (A).

The present invention relates to a locking mechanism for arrangement on a door, the locking mechanism () comprising an actuator (), arranged to be linearly movable along a first axis (Y). The locking mechanism further comprises a locking clamp () for engaging a locking element () on a door frame. The locking clamp () may be flexibly coupled to the actuator () so that, when the actuator () is moved along the first axis, the locking clamp () may move linearly along the first axis (Y) and rotate around a first rotational axis (A) to admit engagement to the locking element. The present invention further relates to a locking system () comprising such locking mechanism ().

Locking mechanism

The present disclosure relates to a lock () for a door comprising a housing () having a circular opening () in which a radial protrusion () is arranged, and a guide ring () arranged in the opening. The guide ring comprises a left locking means () and a right locking means (). The radial protrusion is in a first position of the guide ring located between the left locking means and the right locking means on the guide ring. The guide ring is configured to be rotatable from the first position in a first direction (L) into a left locking position such that the protrusion engages with the left locking means so as to lock the guide ring relative to the housing, and configured to be rotatable from the first position in a second direction (R), opposite the first direction, into a right locking position such that the protrusion engages with the right locking means so as to lock the guide ring relative to the housing. A lock which after arrangement to a door may be configured for left or right hand operation is thereby provided.

Lock for left or right hand operation

The invention relates to a disassemblable hinge () having a latching member (), adapted to be associated with an openable door (), and a hinge member (), adapted to be associated with a corresponding door frame (). The latching member () comprises a main body () and a catch (), wherein said main body () comprises a hinge slot () adapted to receive said hinge member (), wherein said catch () is rotatably engageable with said hinge member () around a first axis (A). The catch () is movable between a closed state and an open state, and into a disengaged state. The catch () and said hinge slot () defines a space () for housing said hinge member, wherein said catch (), in its closed state, locks said hinge member () in said space (). The space () is expanded when said catch () is moved from said closed state to said disengaged state. The catch () is moved from said disengaged state to said open state by rotating said catch () around a second axis (A), thereby releasing said hinge member () from said space (). Thereby a disassemblable hinge is provided enabling a secure opening operation in a two step maneuver.
