A handheld work apparatus includes a work tool. The work apparatus defines a longitudinal plane and includes a handle having a longitudinal axis. The blocking lever is mounted so as to be pivotable about a rotational axis. The blocking lever blocks the actuating lever in a blocking or disable position and enables the actuating lever for actuation in at least one operating enable position. In the direction of view perpendicular to the longitudinal plane, the longitudinal axis of the handle and the rotational axis of the blocking lever conjointly define an angle (α). The angle (α) lies in a range of from 10° to 60°.

Handheld work apparatus having a work tool

The invention is directed to a handheld work apparatus having a work tool. The work apparatus defines a longitudinal plane and includes a handle having a longitudinal axis. The blocking lever is mounted so as to be pivotable about a rotational axis. The blocking lever blocks the actuating lever in a blocking or disable position and enables the actuating lever for actuation in at least one operating enable position. In the direction of view perpendicular to the longitudinal plane, the longitudinal axis of the handle and the rotational axis of the blocking lever conjointly define an angle (α). The angle (α) lies in a range of from 10° to 60°.

A work apparatus includes a housing part and a stud bolt for fastening a work tool on the housing part. The stud bolt extends along an axial direction and has a first section and a second section in the axial direction. The first section is at least in part arranged in a receptacle of the housing part. The second section protrudes from the housing part in the axial direction. The first section of the stud bolt in a first lower portion thereof has an outer thread which, for transmitting longitudinal forces (L), threadably engages an inner thread of the receptacle to define a threaded connection. The first section for transmitting transverse forces (Q) to the housing part, in a second lower portion thereof, has a support region supported on the receptacle. The support region is disposed at a spacing (a) from the threaded connection.

Work apparatus and stud bolt for a work apparatus

A first actuating element acts on a blocking device for an operator-controlled element for controlling the drive motor. In an enabled position of the blocking device, the operator-controlled element is enabled to control the drive motor. In a blocking position the blocking device mechanically blocks any actuation of the operator-controlled element. The first element acts on the blocking device via a transfer unit. In an actuated position of a second actuating element, the transfer unit establishes an operative connection between the first element and the blocking device, such that the blocking device is in the enabled position in the actuated position of the first element and is in the blocking position in the non-actuated position of the first element. In the non-actuated position of the second actuating element, the transfer unit is ineffective so that the blocking device is in the blocking position regardless of the first element's position.
