A system for tire pressure monitoring has a tire valve for disposition on a rim of a vehicle and includes a tire valve stem and a tire valve base, a holding means being disposed on the tire valve base and a tire pressure monitoring unit having a housing in which a pressure sensor for measuring the tire pressure and a transmitter for wireless transmission of tire pressure data are disposed. The tire valve and the housing of the tire pressure monitoring unit can be fastened by means of a fastening element which is implemented in one piece or of the same material with the housing and which interacts with the holding means. The holding means and the fastening element are implemented such that a movement of the tire pressure monitoring unit on the tire valve base is only possible in the direction of a rim well.

Fastening device for a tire pressure monitoring system

A tire pressure monitoring system for a vehicle, for ascertaining tire-specific parameters, includes a valve body, at least one fastening element, and a tire inflation pressure sensor with a housing in which is accommodated a sensor for determining at least one tire-specific parameter and for wirelessly transmitting the at least one tire-specific parameter to a control unit on the vehicle. The housing has a fastening region, and the valve body includes a fastening section. The fastening section of the valve body is detachably engaged with the fastening region of the housing with the aid of a fastening element. The fastening element is made as one piece with the housing of the tire inflation pressure sensor from a thermoplastic plastic.

A structurally simple tire monitoring system for a vehicle, for establishing tire-specific parameters, includes a valve stem with an attachment section, a fastening element and a tire air pressure sensor with a housing that has a mounting region. When the fastening element is in a locking position, the attachment section and the mounting region are releasably connected to one another using the fastening element. This is achieved in that the mounting region of the fastening element is movably supported between the locking position and an unlocking position, in which the mounting region and the attachment section can be released from one another. An elastic latching element is provided, which allows a movement of the fastening element relative to the housing toward the unlocking position, counter to a pressure exerted by the latching element. The latching element presses the fastening element into the locking position.

Tire monitoring system for a vehicle

A tire pressure control system for a vehicle for determining tire-specific parameters, includes a valve body with a mounting portion, at least one mounting element and a tire pressure sensor with a housing, which has a mounting area. The mounting portion is detachably engaged via a mounting element with the mounting area of the housing. The tire pressure control system can be mounted in an easy, compact, cost-effective and simple way in that the mounting element is integrally formed with the housing of the tire pressure sensor.
