The present application relates to a dispense interface comprising at least a first flat part tightly connected with a second flat part, wherein at least one of the at least two flat parts comprises at least one deepening configured for forming at least one part of a channel profile, wherein the at least one deepening is formed by embossing, wherein the channel profile comprises at least a first inlet channel and a second inlet channel and at least one outlet channel, wherein each of the at least two inlet channels is configured for fluid communication with a respective reservoir of at least two reservoirs.

Dispense interface

The invention inter alia relates to a dispense interface for an ejection device. The dispense interface comprises at least two inlets, at least one outlet and a part having multiple portions; wherein the multiple portions are connected by living hinges such that the multiple portions are foldable towards each other; wherein the multiple portions are configured to form a fluid channel arrangement between functional surfaces of the multiple portions facing each other when the multiple portions are folded towards each other; wherein at least two functional surfaces of the functional surfaces are inclined to each other when the multiple portions are folded towards each other; and wherein the fluid channel arrangement is configured to provide fluid communication between the at least two inlets and the at least one outlet.

Dispense interface for an ejection device

The present patent application relates to a dispense interface comprising a channel profile with at least two inlet channels and at least one outlet channel, wherein each of the at least two inlet channels is configured for fluid communication with a respective reservoir of at least two reservoirs, at least one top layer and one bottom layer, an intermediate layer structure arranged between the at least one top layer and one bottom layer, wherein intermediate layer structure is tightly laminated with the top layer and the bottom layer and wherein the intermediate layer structure comprises at least one intermediate layer comprising at least one recess for forming at least one part of the channel profile.

The invention relates to a dispense interface comprising a body comprising at least a first channel structure and a second channel structure, wherein each of the at least two channel structures comprises at least a first inlet channel comprising a first inlet opening and a second inlet channel comprising a second inlet opening, wherein each of the at least two inlet openings of one channel structure is configured for fluid communication with a respective reservoir of at least two reservoirs and wherein at least one connecting channel configured for a fluid communication between at least one outlet opening and one of the at least two channel structures is provided.

The invention provides a dispense interface for an ejection device comprising a first part and a second part, at least a first opening, a second opening and a third opening, a fluidic channel and a connection element for each of the openings, wherein the first part is joined to said second part to form at least a part of said fluidic channel connecting said openings with each other and wherein each connection element is configured to accept a needle assembly for a fluid tight connection with said corresponding opening in order to reduce the complexity and provide an easy usage of the dispense interface and at the same time overcome the problems of material compatibility and cross contamination. The invention also relates to a system comprising a dispense interface according to the invention and a needle assembly for each opening. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for preparing a dispense interface according to the invention.

The dispense interface comprises at least two inlets, at least one outlet, a body part, and a fluid channel arrangement within the body part configured to provide fluid communication between the at least two inlets and the at least one outlet; wherein each of the at least two inlets is formed from a tubelike fluid element; wherein each of the tubelike fluid elements is molded into the body part; and wherein each of the tubelike fluid elements provides at least a part of the fluid channel arrangement within said body part.
