Mechanism for locking and unlocking photoelectric module

The present invention provides a module structure, which is adapted for the optical-electric module field in the field of optical communication. The module structure comprises a torsional spring that is fixed to a bail; the torsional spring comprises a left torsional spring and a right torsional spring that are symmetrically provided on the bail; the left torsional spring comprises a first supporting rod, a first screw hole, a first connecting rod and a second screw hole that are sequentially connected; the second screw hole is nested outside a third rotation shaft of the bail, the first screw hole is nested outside the first rotation shaft after passing through the L-shaped-rod formed first connecting rod, and the direction of the first supporting rod is upwardly inclining and forms an angle of less than 90&#xb0; with the plane where the bail is located. The module has good shielding effect.

Module structure

A module retracting type installing and uninstalling device, including a base, a slide block, a pressing cover and a bail. The slide block includes a long-strip-shaped slide block base body, and U-shaped grooves are respectively formed in the middle part of two side walls of the slide block base body. A square hole is formed at the rear end of the slide block base body, and is sheathed onto a triangular lock catch of the base. First and second rotating shafts of the bail are respectively located in two snapping grooves at the front end of the base, and third and fourth rotating shafts are respectively located in the U-shaped grooves. The pressing cover includes a square pressing cover base body, and a pressure resilient sheet attached to the upper surface of the slide block and being pressed to the base.

Module retracting type installing and uninstalling device

An electric-port SFP photoelectric module includes a base, an outer cover, a PCB and an RJ45 connector. The base is a rectangular parallelepiped with an inner cavity. The PCB and the RJ45 connector are connected in a combined manner. A combined structure of the PCB and the RJ45 connector is arranged in the inner cavity of the base. The upper part of the base is fastened with the outer cover.

Electric-port SFP photoelectric module

Disclosed is a portable downloader comprising a pen-shaped housing and a circuit board provided inside of the pen-shaped housing. Provided at one end of the circuit board is a micro-universal serial bus (MUSB) port. Connected to the circuit board are a ground wire and two data wires. Each data wire is connected to a probe at the other end. Provided at the end of the pen-shaped housing corresponding to the MUSB port is a socket. Provided at the other end are two position-fixing holes. The two probes penetrate the position-fixing holes. The MUSB port connects to a computer universal serial bus (USB) port through a USB-MUSB computer extension wire. The portable downloader uses USB power supply with no need for an external power supply, and supports hot plug. The downloader uses the two probes as the C2 port, and is convenient to transmit data to C2 slave devices. The downloader is of a pen-shaped packaging, and is therefore easy to carry.

An unlocking and resetting device for an opto-electronic module comprises a casing having a blind hole and a horizontal slide slot, and first and second mounting parts; an elastic piece; a shell; first springs; an insert block adapted to be inserted into the blind hole; a brake member adapted to be inserted and disposed in the horizontal slide slot; second springs; first and second pressing blocks adapted to be mounted onto first and second mounting parts; and a bail having a cam portion. The single-arm bail of the unlocking and resetting device can return the start position automatically without manual repositions.
