The present invention provides a polarizer, a manufacturing method of the polarizer, and a display panel. The polarizer includes a transparent base substrate and a metal wire grid layer arranged on the transparent base substrate. The metal wire grid layer includes at least two wire grid units spaced apart from each other, and each of the wire grid units includes a plurality of metal wires parallel to each other. The transparent base substrate has a light transmissive region and a light emitting region, and the wire grid units are arranged corresponding to the light emitting region.

Polarizer, manufacturing method thereof, and display panel

The present invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel divides a driving circuit of a driving circuit layer into a first portion, a second portion, and a connecting portion. The first portion and the second portion are on opposite sides of a substrate. A projection region of the second portion on the substrate is located in a projection region of the first portion on the substrate. Therefore, the second portion is located in a display region, a connecting region of external wires which cannot display is eliminated, and a bezel of the display panel is eliminated.

A seamless splicing screen is provided. The seamless splicing screen includes a plurality of unit display modules spliced with each other. Each of the unit display modules includes a unit display area and a unit non-display area. In a first direction of the seamless splicing screen, unit display areas of any adjacent first unit display module and second unit display module are adjacent to each other. Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for migrating a user plane from an Iur-g interface to an A interface and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a BSC, a migration commit notification that is sent by an RNC through an Iur-g interface, where the migration commit notification is sent by the RNC according to a notification message of finishing preparing resources by the BSC, and the notification message of finishing preparing resources by the BSC is sent by a core network; and migrating, by the BSC, a user plane from the Iur-g interface to an A interface according to the migration commit notification. In this way, the interruption duration in a process of migrating the user plane from the Iur-g interface to the A interface may be shortened.
