This disclosure discloses a light-emitting bulb. The light-emitting bulb includes a cover, an electrical associated with the cover, a board arranged between the cover and the electrical connector, and a first light-emitting device disposed on the board. The first light-emitting device includes a carrier having a first side and a second side, a first electrode part disposed near the first side and extending to the second side, a bended part disposed near to the second side and spaced apart from the first electrode part, and a second electrode part extending from the bended part to the first side. No light-emitting diode unit is arranged on the second electrode part.

Each light-emitting element has a side wall, a bottom surface, a first electrode pad, and a second electrode pad arranged on the bottom surface. The first adhesive layer surrounds the side wall and does not directly contact the bottom surface. The first support structure includes a plurality of through holes located on positions corresponding to the first electrode pad and the second electrode pad.

Light-emitting device and the method of manufacturing the same

A lighting bulb according to embodiments of the disclosure comprises a light source assembly, a base and a transparent top cap. The light source assembly has a carrier plate, a first plurality of light-emitting units and a second plurality of light-emitting units. The carrier plate has first and second surfaces. The base is for fixing the carrier plate to have the first surface facing to a first direction and the second surface facing to a second direction opposite to the first direction. The transparent top cap has an inner surface facing to a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions. The first and second plurality of light-emitting units are located between the transparent top cap and the base.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes a light source configured to emit a first light at a first high temperature; and an optical element, distant from the light source, configured to generate a second light in response to an irradiation of the first light, and reach a second high temperature higher than the first high temperature under the irradiation of the first light.

This disclosure discloses an illumination apparatus. The illumination apparatus comprises a cover comprising a second portion and a first portion, and a light source disposed within the cover. An average thickness of the first portion is greater than that of the second portion.
