A camera device acquires optical properties in two or more different wavelength ranges as well as spatial structure properties of an object. The device includes a beam splitter for splitting light coming from an object into the two or more different wavelength ranges. A first image sensor generates a first sensor signal related to a first predetermined wavelength range. A first signal processing device generates a first intensity image signal and a distance image signal using information about the temporal modulation of illumination light (M) and the first sensor signal. At least one second image sensor generates a second intensity image signal for a second predetermined wavelength range. A second signal processing device generates a color image signal from the first intensity image signal and the second intensity image signal.

A method for adhesive bond joining of two surfaces, where a metallic or non-metallic solder is applied to at least one of the two surfaces, where the solder has a temperature-dependent optical property. The solder is radiated with electromagnetic radiation with a predetermined spectrum, such that the solder reaches a predetermined temperature above its melting temperature and moistens the surfaces, such that the temperature-dependent optical property is modified reversibly or irreversibly at the predetermined temperature of the solder. The solder is cooled to below its melting temperature, such that the solder solidifies and connects the surfaces in an adhesive bond.

Method and solder for form-fitted joining of two surfaces

An endoscopic system with at least one light source for generating at least partially coherent light, for exciting fluorescent light, with at least one light-conducting element, where the at least one light source and the at least one light-conducting element are positioned in a proximal supply unit. It is further provided with an optical radiance transmission link in an insertion part and with at least one fluorescence converter for conversion into white light. An endoscopic apparatus includes a light-generating mechanism for generating at least one modulated measuring beam, a light-transmitting mechanism for conducting the measuring beam onto an area to be observed, where the light-transmitting mechanism includes an illuminating lens, in addition to a light-imaging mechanism for imaging a signal beam from the area to be observed at least onto a phase-sensitive image sensor, which includes a number of pixels, where the light-imaging mechanism includes an imaging lens. An illumination device for generating light and supplying the light to an observation device used in endoscopy or microscopy comprises a light source having at least one LED and at least one optical waveguide to guide the light emitted by the light source. The proximal end of the optical waveguide is arranged on a side of the light source which faces the optical waveguide. The illumination device furthermore comprises a cooling device to dissipate heat generated by the light source, which cooling device has at least one first cooling element for dissipating the heat generated by the light source, which cooling element is arranged on a side of the light source which faces away from the proximal end of the optical waveguide. The cooling device has a second cooling element for dissipating the heat generated by the light source, which second cooling element is arranged on the side of the light source which faces the proximal end of the optical waveguide. The at least one optical waveguide passes through the second cooling element.

A device for measuring pressure in a fluid line, with a fluid chamber, which is connected with the fluid line so as to allow flowthrough, and with a transducer, characterized in that the fluid chamber includes an opening to a branch line and in the branch line of the fluid chamber at least one end of a transmission element is inserted. The transmission element forms a power-locking connection between the fluid chamber and the transducer and the transmission element is suited for transmitting the fluid pressure to the transducer. This device proves to be especially precise and is easily sterilized.

Method and optical system for measuring the topography of a test object

An optical instrument, in particular an endoscope, has a shaft and an inter-changeable head. The interchangeable head is detachably connected to the distal end of the shaft at a coupling point. The instrument also has a first transmission system for distal transmission of illuminating power, and a second transmission system for proximal transmission of image information, the first transmission system and the second transmission system passing through the coupling point. The interchangeable head and/or the coupling point are/is designed in such a way that upon loosening of the interchangeable head image information of perceptively modified quality is transmitted by the second transmission system.

An endoscope for inspection of an observation cavity, in particular of an observation cavity in which a hot medium and/or infrared radiation is present, has a shaft in which an optical system is arranged. The shaft has an inner shaft and an outer shaft surrounding the latter at a distance, the optical system being arranged in the inner shaft. The shaft is configured in the region of its distal end in such a way that it is substantially opaque to electromagnetic radiation in the infrared spectral range.

An exchangeable tool assembly is provided for an endoscopic treatment device, comprising a flexible shaft connected at its distal end to a tool unit and at its proximal end to a coupling element for coupling the tool assembly to a motor of the treatment device. The flexible shaft is connected to said tool unit such that said flexible shaft and said tool unit form a jointly exchangeable unit. A lighting system for illumination of an observation space, especially an observation space in which a pressurized and/or hot medium is contained, comprises an optical-fiber cable, one end of which can be connected to a light source, and a lighting head, which is connected to the other end of the optical-fiber cable and whose distal end can be introduced into the observation space through an opening in a wall enclosing the observation space. The lighting head comprises a light guide rod made from a pressure and/or temperature-resistant material.

An endoscope is provided having a shaft and a handle extending to the side of the shaft at the proximal end. A mechanism is provided for pivoting the view direction in an observation area and has at least one operating element being engaged with the mechanism for actuating the mechanism.
