An optical inspection apparatus includes a stage that supports a target substrate, the target substrate including a plurality of light emitting elements, a jig that applies an electrical signal to the target substrate, the jig including a regulation resistor, a microscope that generates magnified image data of the target substrate, a camera that captures the magnified image data to generate a color image of the target substrate, and an optical measurement unit that captures the magnified image data of the target substrate to generate a spectrum image and measure optical characteristics of the target substrate.

Optical inspection apparatus

A display device includes an emission area and a sub-region spaced apart from the emission area in a first direction, electrodes extending in the first direction, disposed across the emission area and the sub-region, and spaced apart from each other in a second direction, a first bank surrounding the emission area and the sub-region, and light emitting elements disposed on the electrodes spaced apart in the second direction in the emission area. Display panel and method of manufacturing the same

Disclosed herein are a display device and a method for fabricating the same. A display device is provided. The display device comprises a display panel having a display area and a non-display area disposed outside the display area, the display panel comprising a first substrate and a second substrate; a seal pattern disposed around the non-display area and attaching the first substrate and the second substrate together; a first dam pattern disposed between the seal pattern and the display area and having a first height; a second dam pattern disposed between the first dam pattern and the seal pattern; an organic layer covering the non-display area at least partially; and a first alignment layer disposed on the organic layer, wherein the first height ranges from 3.6 &#x3bc;m to 5.2 &#x3bc;m.
