A vehicular Artificial Intelligence (AI) unit, is configured: to receive inputs from a plurality of vehicular sensors of a vehicle; to locally process within the vehicle at least a first portion of the inputs; to wirelessly transmit via a vehicular wireless transmitter at least a second portion of the inputs to a remote tele-driving processor located externally to the vehicle; to wirelessly receive via a vehicular wireless receiver from the remote tele-driving processor, a remotely-computed processing result that is received from a remote Artificial Intelligence (AI) unit; and to implement a vehicular operating command based on the remotely-computed processing result, via an autonomous driving unit of the vehicle or via a tele-driving unit of the vehicle.

A vehicular communication bonding unit creates a bonded wireless communication connection that transports data-packets of a source data-stream from a remote server to a vehicular transceiver, by transporting the data-packets over at least two wireless communication links. The vehicular communication bonding unit utilizes a vehicular cellular transceiver to receive a first batch of the data-packets over a first cellular communication link that connects between the vehicular cellular transceiver and the remote server. The vehicular communication bonding unit further utilizes least one end-user device, of an occupant of a vehicle, to receive a second batch of the data-packets of the particular data-stream, over a second cellular communication link that connects between the end-user device and the remote server.

Methods and systems for managing bonded communications across multiple communication networks

A device is provided for facilitating a media transmission over a wireless network. The device may control and manage a plurality of first wireless modems on a first end node side. The plurality of first wireless modems may be configured to transmit/receive a plurality of data streams over a plurality of wireless data channels to/from at least one second wireless modem on a second end node side. The device may receive network-related information from a network component associated with the wireless network. The network-related information may be used to adjust the distribution or receipt of the plurality of data streams between the plurality of first wireless modems, thereby enabling reconstitution of the media transmission from the plurality of data streams. In addition, the device may be configured to send performance-related information to the network component, thereby enabling a determination to be made about managing network resources of the wireless network.
