A fiber management organizer for a telecommunications closure includes a main body defining a first cable management region, a tray assembly extending over at least a portion of the first cable management region, the tray assembly including a tower mounted to oppositely positioned side walls of the main body, a plurality of trays rotatably mounted to the tower such that the trays are rotatable about an axis orthogonal to the longitudinal axis; and a cover support part disposed between the main body and the tower, the cover support part covering at least a portion of the first cable management region and supporting a central portion of the tower above the first cable management region. A demarcation cover can also be provided with the tray assembly to secure the trays in a closed position and limit access to the trays. The cover can be locked closed and unlocked. When unlocked, the cover can be pivoted to one or more stable open positions to provide access to the sensitive area without having to completely remove the cover from the organizer.

Fiber management tray arrangements and assemblies for fiber optic closure organizers

A telecommunications assembly includes a tray, and telecommunications components. The telecommunications components include fiber routing modules selectively mountable in a plurality of positions to define different fiber pathways. Splice holder modules are used with the fiber routing modules. Attachment features between the tray and modules include a dovetail feature, and crush bumps, biased ends, and defined lengths to protect fibers being managed on the tray.

An optical fiber adapter mounting device includes a mounting plate and a plurality of adapter holders. The mounting plate includes a base, a first sidewall and a second sidewall, and a plurality of mounts defined by the base and disposed between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. Each of the plurality of adapter holders are pivotally coupled to the mounting plate at a corresponding mount and configured to support an optical fiber adapter. Each of the plurality of adapter holders include a platform having a first end pivotally coupled to the corresponding mount and a second end. The platform is pivotable between at least a first position, whereby the platform is disposed substantially parallel to the base, and a second position, whereby the second end is raised relative to the base. A frame is disposed at the second end and defines a chamber that receives the optical fiber adapter.

The present disclosure relates to a fiber optic adapter holder that includes a base member and a plurality of upright arms that extend upwardly from the base member. The plurality of upright arms together may define a pocket region that has an open, U-shape. A fiber optic adapter may be received in the open, U-shaped pocket region of the fiber optic adapter holder. When the fiber optic adapter is mounted within the pocket region of the fiber optic adapter holder, a height of the fiber optic adapter holder may be lower than or equal to a height of the fiber optic adapter.
