The flow-meter data collection and processing system includes: a flow meter; a hose coupled to the flow meter for supplying liquid to said flow meter; electrical circuitry coupled to the flow meter for operating the flow meter, and control circuitry for controlling the electrical circuitry. The control circuitry includes a processor, a coded actuating device such as a memory key for controlling actuation of the processor and data collection memory for collecting flow meter data, operator data and operator inputted data. The system also includes a processor adapted to be coupled to the data collection memory for collecting data and supplying such data to a data processor (a PC) for analyzing and collating data retrieved from the data collection memory.
