The present disclosure relates to antibodies that bind human CD19 ('anti-human CD19 antibodies' or 'anti-human CD19 antibodies'), compositions comprising such anti-human CD19 antibodies, and methods of using such anti-human CD19 antibodies.

Anti-human CD19 antibodies

Bispecific antibodies are provided that bind CD20 and B-cell Activating Factor of the TNF Family (BAFF) and are characterized as having high affinity and strong simultaneous neutralizing properties to both CD20 and BAFF. The bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful for treating autoimmune diseases including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Lupus Nephritis, and primary Sj&#xf6;gren's Syndrome.
