A device for storing and applying cosmetic product comprising a container having a neck, and a cap for the container having a top end and a bottom end, the cap having affixed thereto a rod and applicator, wherein the rod is a hollow stem having a proximal and distal end, wherein the proximal end is attached to the cap inner surface and the distal end has an applicator affixed thereto; wherein the top end and bottom end of the cap have inner and outer surfaces, wherein the bottom end inner surface of the cap is designed to mate with the outer surface of the container neck when the container is in the closed position, causing the applicator to be immersed in the cosmetic liquid, and the top end inner surface of the cap is designed to mate with the container neck to form a unitary application device when the applicator is being used to apply cosmetic to a substrate.

Device for applying liquid cosmetic products

A compact for holding a cosmetic composition under substantially air tight conditions when in the closed position, comprising a base having a compartment with side walls for storing the cosmetic composition, and threaded engaging means on the outer peripheral surface of the side walls, a cover having threaded engaging means on the inner surface thereof, capable of mating with the threaded engaging means on the outer peripheral surface of the compartment side walls to close the compact, a sealing means between the inner surface of the cover means and the top peripheral surface of the compartment side walls which provides substantially air-tight conditions when the compact is in the closed position, a cosmetic product dispensing means fitted on top of the cosmetic composition stored in the compartment of the base means, having a plurality of aperatures which permit the cosmetic composition to be released through the aperatures upon application of pressure to the dispensing means.

A dispenser for a cosmetic stick comprising (a) a removable cap in the form of a sleeve having an open upper end, for containing the cosmetic stick, (b) a base in the form of a sleeve having an open upper end, (c) fitted inside the base sleeve, an internal sleeve open at both ends for containing the cosmetic stick, (d) a product advancing mechanism comprising a platform which forms the bottom closure of the internal tubular sleeve, the platform having an upper surface and a lower surface, and (e) a porous material affixed to the upper surface of the platform and securing the cosmetic stick to the platform.

A dispenser for a cosmetic stick comprising (a) a removable cap in the form of a sleeve having an open upper end, for containing the cosmetic stick, (b) a base in the form of a sleeve having an open upper end, (c) fitted inside the base sleeve, an internal sleeve open at both ends for containing the cosmetic stick, (d) a product advancing mechanism comprising a platform which forms the bottom closure of the internal tubular sleeve, the platform having an upper surface having two protrusions affixed thereto, and a lower surface, and (e) a porous material affixed to the upper surface of the platform and securing the cosmetic stick to the platform.
