A method for generating synthetic data records which include datasets that capture state-based transitions, according to which a state transition family is randomly selecting, according to the distribution of samples between the different clusters of users and the context variables are randomly sampled according to their distribution within the chosen cluster. The relevant Markov Chains models are selected according to the sampled context and the initial state of the sequence is randomly selected according to the distribution of states. A random walk process is initialized on the graph models and the random walk is performed process on each context separately, assuming context independency. The cause condition of the current transition is sampled for each state transition, based on the distributions on the selected edge.

Synthetic data generation method

A device for protecting a network environment from cyber security threats includes a processing unit and a non-transitory memory having processor-executable instructions stored thereon. Method and system for obtaining distanced audio by a portable device

A method for providing elected sounds to a user&#x2014;isolated from sounds of the environment&#x2014;of a mobile device to increase his awareness regarding entities or events in his vicinity. The user wears sound isolating headphones connected to his mobile device. A mobile application is installed on the mobile device, and is automatically activated when the headphones are connected to his mobile device. The application is adapted to automatically activate the device's microphone when the isolating headphones are plugged into the device and periodically compare in real-time, sounds received from the environment, to a predefined collection of reference sounds. Sounds of the environment, which match one or more reference sounds from the collection are selectively filtered out and as long as the sounds received from the environment match the one or more reference sounds from the collection, the filtered sounds are continuously passed to the isolating headphones.

A method for automatically establishing multi-participant interactions and/or conference calls between users of mobile devices, according to which an interaction establishing application is installed on the mobile device of each participating user and receives for each user, phone numbers of other users defined as his friends and a list of predetermined triggers as conditions for initiating an interaction between users. The application constantly monitors the location of each user's mobile device and upon detecting that one or more of the triggers are met, the application automatically initiates one or more interactions between users that comply with the triggers that are met.

Method for automatically establishing location-based conference calls

A method for tracking the whereabouts of people, particularly in urban settings, according to which a cell grid is established within a given geographical region and positional data records associated with each of a plurality of mobile devices within the region, are received from a base station. An Estimated Location Indicator (ELI) associated with a data object in each of every cell of the grid traversed by the corresponding user within a given period of time is generated, from the received positional data records and for each corresponding user of the plurality of mobile devices.
