An energy recovery device including at least one first magnet, able to be set in movement according to a rotational or translational movement; a main magnet, able to be set in rotation about an axis by said at least first magnet; at least one second magnet, fixedly disposed with respect to the main magnet, for determining one or more positions of equilibrium of the latter; at least one conductive coil for transforming a variation of orientation of the main magnet into electrical energy, wherein in a 1st speed or frequency range a coupling of said at least one first magnet and of said main magnet causes the rotation of the latter from at least one position of equilibrium, the oscillations of said main magnet around said at least one position of equilibrium resulting in the creation of an electrical energy in said at least one conductive coil; and for a 2nd speed or frequency range a coupling of said at least one first magnet and of said main magnet causes the rotation of the latter, without oscillations, and this rotation results in the creation of an electrical energy in the coil.

An electromagnetic device includes a conductive coil, a main magnet pivoting about an axis XX', a first and second yoke, a first and second stabilizer magnet, as well as a first and second actuator magnet arranged to slide along the axis YY′ that is perpendicular to the pivot axis XX′, in such a way as to force the main magnet to adopt an equilibrium position, the stabilizer magnets are arranged such that this sliding is accompanied by a movement of the stabilizer magnets so as to position one of the stabilizer magnets in a given position in order to limit the leaks which could occur at one of the two yokes.
