A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display region, a color film substrate, and an array substrate. The display region includes transmissive regions each including color sub-pixels, and reflective regions each including black-and-white sub-pixels. A first common electrode is configured in the color film substrate corresponding to all of the transmissive regions and the reflective regions. A plurality of first pixel electrodes is configured in a portion of the array substrate corresponding to the transmissive regions. A plurality of second pixel electrodes, a reflective layer and a plurality of first thin-film transistors are configured in a portion of the array substrate corresponding to the reflective regions. One first thin-film transistor is electrically connected to one first pixel electrode. A second common electrode is configured in the array substrate corresponding to all of the transmissive regions and the reflective regions.

The array substrate of the capacitive touch control screen includes: a peripheral area and a display area; a plurality of pixel units with pixel electrodes arranged in the display area; a plurality of touch control electrodes; and touch control electrode lead wires connected with a module configured to detect a touch control signal, wherein each of the touch control electrodes is connected respectively with one of the touch control electrode lead wires.

The invention discloses an in-cell inductive touch-control display substrate, an inductive touch-control screen and a touch-control display device. The in-cell inductive touch-control display substrate includes: a first electrode layer; a second electrode layer insulated from the first electrode layer to form an electric field; first electromagnetic inductive coils extending in the row direction and forming loops and second electromagnetic inductive coils extending in the column direction and forming loops, disposed in the same layer as the first electrode layer. The first electromagnetic inductive coils or the second electromagnetic inductive coils are broken into a plurality of electromagnetic inductive segments at the crossings of the first and second electromagnetic inductive coils. Bridge wires disposed in the same layer as the second electrode layer electrically connect the electromagnetic inductive segments of the first electromagnetic inductive coils or the second electromagnetic inductive coils.

The embedded touch control display device includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are set oppositely; an in-plane switching (IPS) or fringe field switching (FFS) display mode display structure and a capacitance touch structure which are set between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the IPS or FFS display mode display structure is located on the first substrate and comprises a pixel electrode layer, a first medium layer, a public electrode layer and a crystal layer, and the capacitance touch structure is located on the second substrate and comprises touch electrode and a second medium layer; an planarization layer which is located between the second medium layer and the crystal layer; the distance between the touch electrode and the crystal layer is 4 micrometers to 7 micrometers.

Embedded touch control display device configured to minimize parasitic capacitance

A color filter device for in-cell touch panel is disclosed. The device includes a substrate, a black matrix with a plurality of openings that is formed on the substrate, and a plurality of sensing electrodes and a plurality of driving electrodes both formed on the black matrix. The sensing electrodes are independent of the driving electrodes, the black matrix is disconnected between the sensing electrodes and the driving electrodes, and the disconnected portion of the black matrix is blocked by an opaque material.
