The present application discloses a heater and a smoking set including the heater. The heater includes: a base, having an inner surface and an outer surface; an infrared radiation layer, formed on the surface of the base; the infrared radiation layer is configured to generate infrared rays and at least heat an aerosol-forming matrix by radiation; a heating body arranged at the periphery of the base, and used to receive electric power from a power supply to generate heat. The heating body is configured to transfer the heat to heat the infrared radiation layer to generate the infrared rays. According to the present application, the infrared radiation layer is heated up by the heating body so that the infrared radiation layer generates infrared radiation to heat the aerosol-forming matrix, thereby reducing the preheating time of the aerosol-forming matrix and improving the user experience.

Heater and smoking device including the heater

A vapor generation device and a susceptor thereof are disclosed. The susceptor is in a blade shape extending in an axial direction of a cavity, and includes: a first part having a first size in a thickness direction, and a second part having a second size in the thickness direction, the second size being greater than the first size. An accommodation cavity extending in the axial direction is further arranged in the second part, and the accommodation cavity is configured to accommodate or encapsulate a temperature sensor that senses a temperature of the susceptor. The vapor generation device and the susceptor of this application encapsulates or accommodates the temperature sensor in the susceptor. Hence, a sensing part may be basically insulated from the impact of the magnetic field, and the susceptor and the temperature sensor may be integrated to increase stability of mounting and accuracy of temperature detecting.

A smoking article comprises a smoke generating section, having a tube wall and a tube cavity; the tube cavity being configured to contain the aerosol-forming matrix; an infrared radiation layer, being formed on at least part of the inner surface of the tube wall; the infrared radiation layer being configured to be heated by the smoking set to generate infrared rays and at least heat the aerosol-forming matrix by radiation. The infrared radiation layer is arranged on the inner surface of the tube wall, so that the infrared radiation layer is heated by the smoking set to generate infrared rays and at least heat the aerosol-forming matrix by radiation. The infrared rays have relatively long wavelength, and they can penetrate substance and 'resonate' with molecules and atoms inside the substance and produce strong vibration and rotation, so that the temperature of the substance rises to achieve the purpose of heating.

An aerosol-generating device comprises an infrared emitter and an electric core for supplying power to the infrared emitter, the infrared emitter comprises at least one first infrared emission region and at least one second infrared emission region arranged in sequence along the circumferential direction of the chamber; the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region are independently activatable to independently radiate infrared rays into the chamber to heat different portions of the smokable material. In the above aerosol-generating device, the regions of the smokable material receiving chamber which are different along the circumferential direction correspond to the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region, respectively, and can be independently heated by the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region, respectively, in use, so that the smokable material can be gradually heated from part to whole in use.

Aerosol-generating device and infrared emitter

A heat insulation mechanism suitable for an electromagnetic induction-type aerosol generation device and an aerosol generation device are provided. The aerosol generation device comprises a magnetic field generator and a susceptor that are inductively coupled; a heat insulator configured to reduce conduction of heat from the susceptor to the outside, the heat insulator comprising a tube wall, and a central region defined by the tube wall, the tube wall containing a metal or an alloy, and the pressure in the central region being configured to be lower than the pressure outside the heat insulator; and a magnetic field shield, configured to isolate the heat insulator from a varying magnetic field, so as to prevent the heat insulator from being penetrated by the varying magnetic field to generate heat. The aerosol generation device can shield the vacuum heat insulator from the magnetic field as far as possible.

Heat insulation mechanism suitable for electromagnetic induction-type aerosol generation device and aerosol generation device

A heating device, used for heating an aerosol generating substrate to form an aerosol, comprises a heating body, wherein the heating body comprises a base body configured to have a chamber for receiving at least part of the aerosol generating substrate and further comprises an infrared radiation coating formed on the outer surface of the chamber and used for generating infrared rays after a temperature rise and transmitting energy to the aerosol generating substrate in the chamber at least in an infrared radiation manner, so that at least one component in the aerosol generating substrate is volatilized to form an aerosol, wherein the surface roughness of the outer surface of the chamber is greater than the surface roughness of the inner surface of the chamber. A rough surface is formed at an interface between the outer surface of the base body and the infrared electrothermal coating.

Heating device

Provided is an aerosol generation device, the aerosol generation device comprising a chamber for receiving at least some of a smokable material; a magnetic field generator configured to generate a varying magnetic field; a susceptor configured to be penetrated by the varying magnetic field so as to generate heat, thereby heating the at least some smokable material received in the chamber; and a circuit configured to determine the temperature of the susceptor by acquiring a resistance value of the at least some of the material on the susceptor and on the basis of the resistance value. According to the aerosol generation device of the present application, the temperature of the susceptor is determined by measuring the resistance of the susceptor, and compared with a temperature measuring mode using a temperature sensor, production and preparation are more convenient and rapider, and the temperature measuring effect is more accurate.

A porous heating body includes a porous body having a first porous portion, a second porous portion and a third porous portion successively disposed in the porous body along a lengthwise direction of the porous body. A cross-sectional area of the first porous portion and a cross-sectional area of the third porous portion are both larger than a cross-sectional area of the second porous portion along a widthwise direction of the porous body. A heating element extends along the lengthwise direction of the porous body is disposed on the porous body. The heating element includes a heating portion. At least one portion of an extension length of the heating portion is overlapped with an extension length of the second porous portion. The porous body is shaped to enhance conductivity of liquid tobacco in a middle thereof, and storing liquid tobacco for replenishing at two bulge ends thereof.

A cigarette heater, comprising a heating assembly and a heat insulation assembly used for insulating the heating assembly; the heating assembly comprises a longitudinal heating cavity used for accommodating a cigarette and a heating body used for heating the cigarette; the heat insulation assembly comprises an anisotropic material layer sleeved outside the heating assembly, the thermal conductivity coefficient of the anisotropic material layer in the radial direction being lower than the thermal conductivity coefficient thereof in the axial direction, being used for reducing the thermal conduction of the heat in the heating cavity along the radial direction toward the periphery. By means of arranging the anisotropic material layer outside the heating assembly, the present cigarette heater isolates the heat transfer in the radial direction and also converts the direction of conduction to a dispersed transfer toward the axial direction, reducing the radially outward heat transfer.

An atomizer and an electronic cigarette are provided. The atomizer comprises an outer housing, and an e-liquid storage chamber and an atomization assembly are disposed in the outer housing. The atomization assembly comprises a porous element and a heating element. The porous element comprises an e-liquid absorbing surface. A bubble guiding element opposite to the e-liquid absorbing surface is further provided in the outer housing, and comprises a bubble guiding surface opposite to the e-liquid absorbing surface. At least a portion of the bubble guiding surface is obliquely configured in a direction facing away from the e-liquid absorbing surface, such that bubbles emerging from the e-liquid absorbing surface of the porous element are guided toward the direction facing away from the e-liquid absorbing surface.
