The top cover plate is connected to the housing, and the first electrode terminal is connected to the current collecting member. The insulation member is disposed between the body portion and the current collecting member. The insulation member includes a through gap. The first tab passes.

The present invention provides a negative electrode plate and a battery. The negative electrode plate comprises a negative current collector and a negative film that is provided on at least one surface of the negative current collector and comprises a negative active material. The negative film meets the follow relations: 6.0&#x2264;PD&#xd7;Dv50&#x2264;32.0 and 0.2&#x2264;PD/Dn10&#x2264;12.0.
