The present invention provides a negative electrode plate and a battery. The negative electrode plate comprises a negative current collector and a negative film that is provided on at least one surface of the negative current collector and comprises a negative active material. The negative film meets the follow relations: 6.0&#x2264;PD&#xd7;Dv50&#x2264;32.0 and 0.2&#x2264;PD/Dn10&#x2264;12.0.
