The present application provides a driving circuit of power devices, a switching circuit and a power conversion circuit. The driving circuit is configured to control switching actions of N power devices connected in parallel, where N≥2 and N is a positive integer; the driving circuit includes a driving input circuit and a common magnetic bead, where a first end of the driving input circuit is electrically connected to N first ends of the common magnetic bead, N second ends of the common magnetic bead are electrically connected to control ends of the N power devices in a one-to-one correspondence, and a second end of the driving input circuit is electrically connected to second ends of the N power devices.

A PFC converter and a control method thereof are provided. The PFC converter includes a first bridge, an inductor, a second bridge and a control unit. The first bridge includes a first switch and a second switch connected in series. There is a first node between the first and second switches. Two terminals of the inductor are coupled to the first node and a first terminal of an AC power source respectively. The second bridge includes a third switch and a fourth switch connected in series. There is a second node between the third and fourth switches, and the second node is coupled to a second terminal of the AC power source. The control unit controls a ratio of a high level duration on the second node in every line frequency cycle to be smaller than (250/Vbus), where Vbus is an output voltage of the PFC converter.

This disclosure provides an integrated transformer and a power converter, the integrated transformer includes: a magnetic core, including an upper cover, a lower cover, a first winding column and a second winding column; a printed wiring board, disposed between the upper cover and the lower cover, and including a first through hole corresponding to the first winding column and a second through hole corresponding to the second winding column; and a first winding, a second winding, a third winding and a fourth winding; the first winding and the third winding are wound on the first winding column and the second winding column respectively, the second winding and the fourth winding are provided at positions corresponding to the first through hole and the second through hole on the printed wiring board, and magnetic flux directions within the first winding column and the second winding column are opposite.

The present disclosure discloses a grounding wire detection circuit, for monitoring whether an electrical device is grounded in real time, the grounding wire detection circuit including: a grounding detection circuit and a sampling control circuit, wherein the grounding detection circuit is electrically connected to a live wire, a neutral wire and a grounding wire of a single-phase three-wire type input, the live wire and the neutral wire are electrically connected to a main circuit of the electrical device; and the sampling control circuit is configured to isolate a current detected by the grounding detection circuit and convert the current into a sampling voltage. The real-time monitoring of whether or not a device is grounded may be achieved by detecting the sampling voltage, so as to alarm, cut off electrical device accordingly, which can improve safety of using the electrical device.
