The application relates to the field of man-machine interaction in artificial intelligence and provides a multi-task processing method. The method includes the following operations: determining a first task based on request information entered by a user; obtaining key information corresponding to the first task and executing the first task, where the key information includes one or more slots and values of the one or more slots; storing task status information of the first task, where the task status information includes the key information; and predicting and initiating a second task based on the task status information of the first task. A man-machine interaction system may predict a next task based on the stored task status information, and actively initiate the predicted task. This improves intelligence and efficiency of multi-task processing by the man-machine interaction system.

A system control method includes receiving a control task and randomly selecting a chromosome from an evolution pool according to the control task. The selected chromosome is decoded to obtain (N+1) ensemble policies, where the chromosome includes (N+1) gene fragments, and where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. Each gene fragment can uniquely correspond to an ensemble policy, and each ensemble policy can uniquely correspond to a preset function. One ensemble policy is used for assigning a weight to a preset function that uniquely corresponds to the ensemble policy. The evolution pool can maintain two or more chromosomes. An ensemble calculation is performed according to weights assigned by the (N+1) ensemble policies to obtain an ensemble control output. A control signal is generated according to the ensemble control output, where the control signal is used for performing system control.

The controller collects network status data of a current moment, and estimates network status information of the current moment according to the network status data of the current moment. The controller predicts network status information of a next moment according to the network status information of the current moment. The controller receives and preprocessing a dataflow entering the network at the current moment, to obtain a preprocessing result of the dataflow. The controller generates a control action by using a network control policy of the current moment and according to the network status information of the current moment, the predicted network status information of the next moment, and the preprocessing result of the dataflow. The controller obtains feedback information of the network resulted from the control action, and generates a network control policy of the next moment.

The method includes a first user establishing a connection through the HOSF with the HOAF-CP and the HOAF-UP which correspond to a second user, so as to establish a session with the second user. The method further includes that, during session handover, the HODF that corresponds to the HOSF establishing another connection with the HOAF-CP and HOAF-UP though which the first user continues the session with the second user, so as to maintain the session continuity. When access address or access technology of the terminal changes, or even the terminal changes during a session, the method and the system can logically replace the connection before the handover with a new connection to ensure the session continuity.

The method includes: obtaining a user's historical message interaction information and first context data associated with the user's historical message interaction information, where the user's historical message interaction information includes historical message interaction content and historical message replying status; determining the user's message interaction preferences according to the user's historical message interaction information and the first context data, where the message interaction preferences include a message reply policy and/or a message writing style; receiving a current message sent to the user, and obtaining second context data associated with the current message; and replying to the current message according to the message interaction preferences, the current message, and the second context data. With the present invention, the user's message interaction preferences are determined, and the current message can be replied automatically, thereby enhancing user experience.
