A multi-physical field measurement device for a metal solidification process and a housing and a measurement method thereof are provided. The device includes: a sealed housing provided with a light-through hole; a heater provided inside the housing and located behind the light-through hole along an X-ray; a diffraction detector used for receiving the X-ray which penetrates through a sample sheet and is scattered; a CMOS camera located behind the heater along the X-ray () and used for receiving a visible light signal which penetrates through the sample sheet; a silicon drift X-ray detector located at one side of the X-ray and used for receiving a fluorescent signal sent by interaction between the X-ray and the sample sheet; and an infrared thermal imager located at the other side of the X-ray and used for receiving an infrared signal sent by the sample sheet.

Multi-physical field measurement device for metal solidification process and housing thereof, and measurement method

A metal wick material with hierarchical porous structures, which comprises primary pores, secondary pores, and tertiary pores, wherein the pore sizes of the primary pores are greater than those of the secondary pores and the pore sizes of the secondary pores are greater than those of the tertiary pores; the primary pores are obtained by 3D printing, the secondary pores are obtained by volatilizing a binder during a water bath heating process; and the tertiary pores are obtained by forming pores by diffusion and connection among metal powder particles during sintering. A method for fabricating the metal wick material having hierarchical porous structure, comprising: fabricating ordered primary pores having a three-dimensional network structure by a new-type powder extrusion 3D printing process; and then forming secondary pores and tertiary pores inside a macroporous framework by using subsequent treatment processes such as water bath heating and sintering, thus constructing a three-stage pore material.

A method for preparing high-toughness heat-resistant aluminum alloy armature material, comprises: heating and melting an aluminum ingot into an aluminum liquid; adding the following elements to the aluminum solution in mass percent: Ce 6-12%, Y 5-9.5%, Zr 0.5-3%, Mg 0.1-2.5%, X 0.15-2.5%, Fe 0.15-0.25%, Mn 0.05-0.15%, and Si 0.1-0.5%; forming an alloy solution and casting same into an alloy ingot; processing the alloy ingot into spherical alloy powder; subjecting the spherical alloy powder to selective laser melting and solidification forming to produce nano-scale AlCe, Al(Y, Zr), and/or AlX intermetallic compounds distributed in a net-like skeleton structure in an aluminum matrix. The material of the present disclosure has low density, high-temperature resistance, high energy absorption rate and excellent electrical conductivity, and excellent mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature.

High-toughness heat-resistant aluminum alloy armature material and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a preparation method for a metal material, including: horizontally placing a to-be-prepared metal material between wavy surfaces of a female die and a male die; connecting a press machine with the male die; pressing the metal material through the male die, so that the metal material makes complete contact with the male die and the female die; ejecting the pressed metal material; horizontally overturning the metal material, and then placing the metal material between the wavy surfaces of the female die and the male die; repeatedly performing the pressing and overturning processes until accumulated strain of the metal material meets a requirement; and taking out the metal material after the deformed metal material is flattened by a plane die. According to the present invention, a large-size nano grained material can be manufactured.

Preparation method for metal material

A method and apparatus for manufacturing an equiaxed crystal aluminum alloy cast ingot by using additive manufacturing and rapid solidification techniques are provided. The apparatus comprises: a metal heating mechanism and a negative pressure cooling mechanism. The metal heating mechanism is located above the negative pressure cooling mechanism and is connected thereto by a nozzle. The negative pressure cooling mechanism comprises a vacuum chamber having an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole, and a three-dimensional moving ingot mechanism disposed inside the vacuum chamber. The three-dimensional moving ingot mechanism comprises a moving ingot and a two-dimensional moving platform vertically connected to the moving ingot. A water cooling mechanism is disposed outside the moving ingot, and the moving ingot is driven by a precision motor to precisely move up and down.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing equiaxed crystal aluminum alloy cast ingot by using additive manufacturing and rapid solidification techniques

The present disclosure provides a method for collecting parameters for casting solidification simulation and a gridded design method for a pouring and riser system, comprising calculating thermodynamic parameters of a superalloy; obtaining cooling curves of the superalloy with different thickness; measuring a linear expansion coefficient of the superalloy as a function of temperature; the design method comprising: simulating a solidification process with tubular features of different thickness, and determining a feeding distance of the features of different thickness; establishing a gridded pouring and riser system, dividing the casting into a plurality of modules according to the thickness, and dividing a cell inside each module, and ensuring that a size of the cell is less than the feeding distance with the thickness; simulating filling and solidification of castings and the gridded pouring and riser system, and analyzing simulation results of defects.

An array-spraying additive manufacturing apparatus and method for manufacturing a large-sized equiaxed crystal aluminum alloy ingot, comprising: a liquid aluminum spraying mechanism having array nozzles disposed in an atmospheric pressure chamber, a movable condensing mechanism disposed in the atmospheric pressure chamber below the liquid aluminum spraying mechanism, and a control mechanism. The control mechanism sends an upward guiding command to a release mechanism and issues a three-dimensional movement command to the movable condensing mechanism, such that liquid aluminum in the liquid aluminum spraying mechanism is sprayed at the surface of the movable condensing mechanism in a continuous array of liquid flows according to a preset path and is rapidly condensed to form an ingot. Also disclosed is an additive manufacturing method employing the apparatus.

A multistage electromagnetic purification method of molten metal, which employs a multistage separator composed of two or more multichannel straight-pass separators bonded together with inorganic high-temperature adhesive. Each stage of the separators is set up in such a manner that the region of centerline of each channel in the former separators is occupied by the sidewall of the next separators at the corresponding position therein; while simultaneously the position in the next separators becomes a region close to sidewall. The multistage separator eliminates the 'dead zone' of electromagnetic separation, realizes the transformation from 'weak zone' to &#x201c;strong zone&#x201d; of electromagnetic separation, and significantly increases removal efficiency of inclusions in the melt with great volume under the effect of induced magnetic field.
