The disclosure provides a battery charging circuit, a battery pack and a battery pack charging system. The battery charging circuit includes a first control switch, a switch control unit and a power supply unit. The first control switch is arranged between the charging positive terminal and the positive electrode of the battery pack, or between the charging negative terminal and the negative electrode of the battery pack, and it is an NMOS transistor with a body diode. The switch control unit is connected to the gate, source, and drain of the first control switch and controls the on-off of the first control switch by sampling a voltage between the source and the drain of the first control switch. The output end of the power supply unit is connected to the power source end of the switch control unit to supply power to the switch control unit.

Battery charging circuit, battery pack and battery pack charging system

A battery pack is provided. The battery pack includes a housing, a plurality of battery sets arranged in the housing, and a power supply system. The power supply system includes a switch control circuit for controlling a series-parallel connection mode of the plurality of battery sets, a main control chip for controlling the discharge of the plurality of battery sets by the switch control circuit, a wake-up circuit for waking up the power supply system of the battery pack when the main control chip receives a wake-up signal, a self-locking circuit connected to the switch control circuit which switches to a disabled state when the self-locking circuit is triggered; and a USB circuit and an extended power output interface, connected to the plurality of battery sets for outputting power to charge external devices.

The disclosure provides a battery management system and a battery pack. The battery management system includes at least two analog front-end chips and a control unit. The analog front-end chip is configured to acquire an output voltage, an output current, or a working temperature of a battery. And the control unit controls the analog front-end chip to be powered on and down. When any analog front-end chip is awakened by an external interference signal, the analog front-end chip directly or indirectly supplies power to the control unit to enable the control unit to work, and then the control unit sends a power-down signal to the analog front-end chip to power the analog front-end chip down.

The voltage balancing system includes an analog front end arranged in parallel with the cell group, a micro control unit communicating with the analog front end, a communication isolation module connected between the analog front end and the micro control unit, and a balancing module. The output of the balancing module is connected to the micro control unit and the communication isolation module to output the operating voltage of the micro control unit and the communication isolation module.

The present disclosure provides a battery pack power supply system and a battery pack power supply method. The battery pack power supply system comprises: a first battery set and a second battery set; a switch control circuit connected with electronic switches, to control the first battery set and the second battery set to be connected in series or in parallel; and a main control chip connected with the first battery set, the second battery set, and the switch control circuit, respectively, to control the electronic switches to be open or closed to discharge the first battery set and the second battery set; a wake-up circuit connected with the main control chip, to wake up the entire battery pack power supply system; a USB circuit connected with the first battery set, the second battery set, and the main control chip, respectively, to output power for charging an external device under the control of the main control chip; and a self-locking circuit connected with the switch control circuit, to disable the electronic switches when the switch control circuit is prohibited.

Battery pack power supply system and battery pack power supply method

A battery pack charging and discharging protection system comprises a battery pack and a power input controlling circuit connected with the battery pack. The system has a voltage regulator unit and a charging and discharging protection unit. The protection unit includes a coupling wake-up circuit, a power-off acceleration circuit, an MCU self-locking circuit and a button detection circuit. The coupling wake-up circuit is connected with the power input controlling circuit. The power-off acceleration circuit is connected with the coupling wake-up circuit. Compared to the conventional technology, the present invention adopts single-wire compatible communication and coupled wake-up mode to achieve the autonomous power-off of the battery pack in time, avoiding over-discharge of the battery caused by the long-term self-consumption of the battery pack.

A voltage sampling circuit is provided for sampling voltage of at least two sets of cells in a battery pack includes at least two analog front ends including a low-side analog front end connected to a first set of cells and a high-side analog front end connected to a second set of cells, a subtractor has a positive input end and a negative input end, the positive input end connecting to the output of the high-side analog front end for receiving the analog voltage output by the high-side analog front end. When the first set of cells is connected with the second set of cells in series, the negative input end of the subtractor connecting to the total positive the first set of cells, when the first set of cells is connected with the second set of cells in parallel, the negative input end of the subtractor is grounded.
