A pen with adjustable holding structure is essentially for the user to write with his/her specified finger to lean against a stop protuberance. The pen has a penholder with a writing end formed at its front tip for writing. The stop protuberance is provided ahead of the holding position, and an adjustable holding part is formed on the penholder behind the stop protuberance. With this structure, when manipulating the pen, the user may select one of five fingers as a specified one to lean against the stop protuberance to settle thereat. The adjustable holding part is bendable at random according to the user's manipulation habit so as to lead the specified finger to lean against the best position on the stop protuberance to perform writing with the pen.

In an offset pen structure for rapid assembling, a holding portion is disposed, and an offset portion extends from the side at the front part of the holding portion, and a writing device base is disposed at the end of the offset portion, wherein the offset portion together with the holding portion has a hollow passage formed therein such that the hollow passage has an opening formed at the front end of the offset portion; the opening being used for mounting a recording device and covered by a lid; the writing device base is disposed at the front end of the lid; a fixing portion is disposed at the rear end of the lid, the fixing portion being fixed at the end of the offset portion to fix and position the writing device base on the holding portion; and further a cap is disposed on the writing device base to form a protection, with a clip disposed on the side thereof, the clip being used to be inserted into a pocket of the user for convenient carry.

Offset pen structure for rapid assembling

A offset pen includes a holding part, a writing end and a connecting part connected therebetween, in which the writing end and the holding part are disposed on different axes. When the user is operating the writing tool, the holding part inclines naturally while the writing end keeps vertical to the writing surface, and the writing result can be observed through the visible space formed between the writing end and the holding part. A holding end is disposed at the front end of the holding part of the writing tool, and each surface of the holding end can be twisted into irregular surfaces. Since the holding part, the connecting part and the writing end are substantially arranged as a Z letter, a perfect fitting feeling of the fingers can be created. Therefore, different users can feel comfortable and the fingers of the users with different holding poses can be naturally directed to a correct holding position, so as to form various geometric states suitable for hand holding. In addition, the holding part includes a receiving space for receiving the refills for substituting.

Offset pen

The present invention relates to an offset pen comprising a holding portion, a writing portion, and an intermediate portion, in which said holding portion is provided for a user to operate by hand, said writing portion is provided with a pen tip for writing, in which a pen tip seat is provided outside the pen tip, and said intermediate portion is used to connect the holding portion and the writing portion so that the writing portion and the holding portion are separately formed on different axes and that a visible space is formed between said writing portion and said holding portion; therefore, when the user operates, the holding portion naturally tilt, while the writing portion keeps vertical to a writing surface for the sake of different axes, so that the user may promptly see the writing result through the visible space; furthermore, a storage chamber is provided in the holding portion, in which pen tips ready for replacement are stored in the storage chamber so that storage and use of the tips may be implemented from the two ends of the storage chamber.

Offset pen structure

An automatic writing apparatus includes a plurality of writing elements axially positioned one by one, each of which has a tip portion at the front end and an element cap having a hole for receiving therein the tip portion of an adjacent one of the writing elements; an outer tube for receiving therein a first and a second ones of the writing elements, wherein the outer tube includes a pen-tip outlet for holding the first one of the writing elements; and an inner tube for receiving therein the others of the writing elements and propelling the second one of the writing elements toward the pen-tip outlet for replacing the first one of the writing elements.

Automatic writing apparatus for segmental writing elements with caps

The present rolling ruler includes a ruler body having a through hole, a shall having two ends and sleeving thereon the ruler body, and two rollers respectively mounted on the two ends for translating the ruler body. One characteristic of present invention is that different scales are provided on edges of a ruler body.

Rolling ruler

A rolling rule that is effective and/or diversified and/or capable of being easily positioned at a desired position and/or capable of being or easily manipulated/controlled is provided. The rolling rule includes a role body, a roller rotatably mounted in the rule body for enabling the rule body to be translated easily in a parallel fashion, a braking device mounted on one side of the rule body, which is to be exerted by a force generally along a direction parallel to a surface of a work piece for permitting the braking device to easily and conveniently brake the roller when a braking occasion is desired, and an outer surface layer having a relatively high frictional coefficient and surrounding the roller for enabling the roller to be positively controlled in motion or at a stop.

Rolling rule

A sucker being diversified and/or improved and/or more endurable and/or more effective and/or convenient and/or multi-functional and/or more efficient is provided. The sucker includes a downwardly concave sucking body to be pressed against an attaching surface to vacuumize the room defined therebetween, a downwardly concave resilient member superimprosed above the sucking body and having an outer periphery and a plurality of grooves not beginning from the periphery, and a connector connecting together the sucking body and the resilient member in the manner that after the sucking body has been pressed against the attaching surface, the resilient member will tend to urge the sucking body away from the attaching surface which will in turn result in that the sucking body is more securely attached to the attaching surface.

Suction cup device

A sucker being diversified and/or improved and/or more endurable and/or more effective and/or convenient and/or multi-functional and/or more efficient is provided. The sucker includes a downwardly concave sucking body to be pressed against an attaching surface to vacuumize the room defined therebetween, a downwardly concave resilient member superimposed above the sucking body and having a periphery and a plurality of grooves, and a connector connecting together the sucking body and the resilient member in the manner that after the sucking body has been pressed against the attaching surface, the resilient member will tend to urge the sucking body away from the attaching surface which will in turn result in that the sucking body is more securely attached to the attaching surface.

The suction device includes a chamber having a closed end, an open end and an annular fringe connecting the closed end and the open end. The closed end has a securing device centrally extended into the chamber and two parallel bracket supports being formed on the closed end. A slot is formed between each of the bracket support and the closed end. A suction cup has a holding device at the top portion thereof and is connected to the securing device of the chamber by a screw joint, in which condition the annular fringe of the chamber presses tightly against the suction cup.

The invention provides a multi-purpose safety device which can be used in conventional nailing operations to guide the nail to be driven safely, conveniently and quickly at a desired angle and which can be used for measuring angles and inclinations as well as levelling. The invention includes a driving member disposed in a sleeve which in turn mounted on an upper side of a housing, a nail advancing plate at one side of the housing for advancing nails, and a nail guiding body below the sleeve for guiding and positioning a nail beneath the driving member whereby the nail can be driven into an object by the driving member. An angle meter is further mounted in the housing for measuring angles as well as indicating a desired angle by which the nail has to be driven.

Safety nail driving device

An angle measuring instrument comprises, a multi-sided plate member which includes a first side and a second side that form an acute angle therebetween when they intersect, a third straight side that forms with the second side an obtuse angle when they intersect, and a graduated semi-circular region. A first measuring arm is pivoted to the plate member at the center of the semi-circular region, a second measuring arm is pivoted to the plate member at a point near the acute angle outside the circular region, and a third measuring arm is pivoted to the first and second measuring arms to form a parallelogram linkage with the plate. The second, and third sides of the plate member serve as measuring sides in cooperation with the measuring arms, thereby diversifying the application of the instrument.

Angle measuring instrument

A vernier gauge has three arc members, two flat pieces and two sliding pieces. A second arc member is slidably engaging with a first arc side of a first arc member from a first end of the first arc member and a third arc member is slidably engaging with a second arc side of the first arc member from a second end of the first arc member. Each of two free ends of the second and third arc members is actively attached one of the two flat pieces each of which is slidably engaged with one of the two sliding pieces. The second, third arc members and the two flat pieces are provided with main scales and the first arc member and the two sliding pieces are provided with corresponding vernier scales. Each of the two sliding pieces is further provided with two opposite tips and a flat surface. Such gauge can permit accurately fractional readings of angles as well as inner or outer diameters of objects and of depths of objects when the flat piece is solely used.
