Disclosed are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which provide for customer chatbots that detect a customer handoff condition and in response, transferring the customer to a communication session with a live agent. The handoff condition may comprise an inability to understand the customer, an inability to answer the customer's question, expressions of frustration or anger on the part of the customer, a customer's express request to be transferred, or the like. The live agent may receive a complete history of the conversation with the chatbot so that the customer does not have to repeat him or herself to the live agent. The chatbot chat session may be linked to a social networking account of the customer and may take place in association with a social networking profile page of the company.

A video device configured to display video content includes a downstream network circuit for accessing and exchanging data with a computing system over a network, a downstream signal processing circuit for receiving video signals over a broadcast medium and converting the video signals into a video content stream, and one or more processors for causing a display to present the video content, and while displaying the video content, identifying a vendor, determining that the vendor is a registered biller, determining that the user has a bill due with the vendor, and overlaying an indication of the bill onto the video content, where the overlay includes an interactive element enabling the user to provide a user input to cause a payment to be made to the vendor. A bill pay request is generated and sent through the downstream network circuit to cause a payment to be made to the vendor.

A broadcast headend includes an upstream network circuit, an upstream signal processing circuit, and a content processing circuit. The upstream network circuit is configured to communicate with a financial institution computing system over an internet network. The upstream signal processing circuit is configured to broadcast a video content signal over a broadcast medium to a downstream device. The content processing circuit is configured to receive a content stream including a unique property code associated with a vendor; while the video content signal is being broadcast, parse the unique property code associated with the vendor from the content stream; and send a bill pay request to the financial institution computing system to effect a payment to the vendor.

A mobile wallet system to users is described. The mobile wallet system allows users to provide payments to merchants via the mobile wallet system. Users' mobile wallets are linked to payment forms associated with the users (e.g., bank accounts, credit cards, gift cards, etc.). Additionally, the mobile wallet system allows a first user to request funding from or provide funding to a second user for certain transactions. To pay for a good or service provided by a merchant, a user selects a form of payment, which may be another user, and provides a code to the merchant, which is used by a merchant computing system to initiate payment from the user to the merchant via the financial institution computing system.

Systems and methods for processing customer requests to access purchasable items using financial assessments are described. A customer using a mobile device can identify a good of interest and transmit a request to access and test it. A financial institution computing system with a database of customer financial information can generate a financial assessment of the customer and the customer's identified good, which can then be used to determine whether the customer's request should be granted.

A user information system (UIS) information circuit and an associated user information database populates an account with user information received from at least one of the user and a plurality of entities. A security circuit sends an alert comprising an approval request containing an identification of user information requested in the user information request to a user computing device associated with the user over the network. The security circuit receives an approval of the approval request from the user computing device, and the UIS information circuit provides the approved information to the entity to complete the transaction.
