Provided is a photovoltaic module, including: a substrate, at least one solar cell string and a packaging portion, wherein a bottom of the packaging portion has a packaging slot, the substrate and the at least one solar cell string are arranged in the packaging slot, the at least one solar cell string is arranged on a top surface of the substrate, a packaging gap is formed between a side surface of the substrate and a side surface of the packaging slot, a first packaging layer is arranged in the packaging gap, and the first packaging layer is configured to seal the packaging gap.

Provided is a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell module includes a substrate; and conductive layers arranged on a surface of the substrate and separated from each other. Solar sub-cells are provided on a surface of the conductive layer. Grooves are provided between adjacent solar sub-cells to separate the solar sub-cells from each other. Each of the solar sub-cells includes a hole transport layer, a perovskite layer and an electron transport layer that are stacked on the surface of the conductive layer. The hole transport layer of each solar sub-cell includes branch electrodes separated from each other. Each of the branch electrodes contacts an interior of the conductive layer. The solar cell module further includes an electrode. The electrode successively passes through the electron transport layer and the perovskite layer and is connected to the branch electrodes.

Solar cell module, manufacturing method thereof, and photovoltaic module

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a photovoltaic module including a base plate, a cell string and a cover plate stacked in order; a first packaging layer located between the base plate and the cover plate and surrounding the cell string, the first packaging layer, the base plate and the cover plate defining a sealed space; and a moisture treatment layer located in the sealed space. The moisture treatment layer includes at least one of a functional layer and a moisture detection layer. The functional layer is adaptive to absorb moisture and be converted into a solidified layer, the solidified layer has a degree of cross linking greater than a degree of cross linking of the functional layer. The moisture detection layer is adaptive to detect and determine whether there is moisture in the sealed space through response information of the moisture detection layer.
