Through directly assembling the dust suction system with the trolley, useless structures in the dust suction system is eliminated, so that the dust suction system can be assembled with the trolley with a more simplified structure. Through directly assembling the dust suction system with the trolley, the trolley breaks the old and stereotyped way of using, and the trolley is no longer just a carrying tool of a vacuum cleaner, thereby greatly increasing the effectiveness of usage of the trolley. On the other hand, the present invention enables a dust storage bucket of the dust suction system to have a feature of being independently dismountable, so that an operator does not need to dismount other components when replacing the dust storage bucket, thereby facilitating operation for the operator.

A dust suction system comprises a cyclonic dust filter component, a dust collection bucket and a load bearing frame. The dust collection bucket comprises an assembly rib, the load bearing frame comprises a frame and a support plate disposed on the frame, and the support plate comprises a through hole disposed corresponding to a dust exhausting port, and at least two assembly jaws located at two opposite sides of the through hole. Each of the assembly jaws comprises a connecting section, an extending section connecting the connecting section, and a limiting section connecting the extending section. The limiting section comprises a limiting protrusion disposed towards a direction of the through hole. When the two assembly jaws are not forced, movement of the assembly rib is restricted by the limiting section, so that the dust collection bucket is fixed on the frame.

A cyclonic dust filter device comprises a trunk, at least one first retaining wall, and at least one second retaining wall. The trunk comprises a channel, an air inlet end and an air outlet end disposed at two ends of the channel, and a dust filter hole communicating with the channel. The first and second retaining walls are respectively disposed correspondingly to the dust filter hole. When a dust-containing airflow to-be-filtered enters the channel from the air inlet end, the dust-containing airflow forms a centrifugal airflow that contains the dust and is thrown out of the channel at a position of the dust filter hole. The first and second retaining walls are respectively disposed on a traveling path of the centrifugal airflow, so that the centrifugal airflow sequentially strikes the first and second retaining walls to change the traveling direction and then discharges dust free clean air.

A multi-cyclonic dust filter device comprises a dust collection chamber for collecting dust, a cyclonic chamber providing a gas to-be-filtered out dust to enter and forming a first cyclone to enter into the dust collection chamber, and a deflector component disposed between the dust collection chamber and the cyclonic chamber; the deflector component comprises a first deflector tube for receiving the gas to-be-filtered out dust refluxed from the dust collection chamber and forming a second cyclone, and a second deflector tube disposed in a same axial direction as the first deflector tube and separately disposed by an airflow convergence interval, the first deflector tube is provided with at least one dust filter hole for discharging the dust in the second cyclone, and the second deflector tube combines the first cyclone and the second cyclone through the airflow convergence interval to form a third cyclone for discharging.

Therefore, one end of the grinding pad is correspondingly fitted to various non-horizontal grinding surfaces independently through the variable angles of the deformation angle, especially for continuous irregular non-horizontal grinding surfaces. A dust collecting device using multi-cyclone dust filtration includes a dust collecting chamber, cyclone chamber and airflow guiding component. The dust collecting chamber communicates with the cyclone chamber having an intake port for a gas to be filtered, an annular side wall connected to intake port and guiding gas to be filtered to form a first cyclone, an engaging port communicated with dust collecting chamber and allowing first cyclone to enter dust collecting chamber, and an exhaust port. The airflow guiding component within cyclone chamber is provided with a return flow tube receiving the returned gas to be filtered and forming a second cyclone, an airflow guiding bonnet separated from return flow tube, and a dust filtration channel between airflow guiding bonnet and return flow tube. The second cyclone flows toward the exhaust port, and enables dust therein to enter cyclone chamber again, as passing by dust filtration channel.

Dust collecting device using multi-cyclone dust filtration

A grinding machine includes a grinding machine body and a grinding disc connected to the grinding machine body. The grinding machine body is provided with a pressure cavity at a position facing the grinding disc and a gas intake pipe corresponding to the pressure cavity. A pressure release gap in communication with the pressure cavity is formed between the grinding machine body and the grinding disc. The gas intake pipe induces a high-pressure gas into the pressure cavity, which receives an effect of the high-pressure gas to become a positive-pressure environment. The high-pressure gas is continually released via the pressure release gap to prohibit external dust from entering the pressure cavity. Thus, the grinding machine is capable of preventing dust from accumulating in the pressure cavity as well as effectively preventing moisture from entering the pressure cavity when the grinding machine is applied for wet grinding.

A rotor of the power-driving motor is provided at the outside of the stator so as to make the distance from the rotor to the motor spindle increase; namely, a torque increases and then an arm increases, thereby, making the motor spindle supply a higher output torque to the connected driving unit when the rotor rotates. The motor, based on the length of a conventional power-driving motor, may supply a higher output torque to solve the defect of a conventional motor implemented with an inner rotor of which the output torque is insufficient.
